great location. breakfast was very ample and staff quickly refilled empty platters. very easy to obtain hot water during the evening for tea. the suites are very comfortable and large. we were 2 people per room. room was very clean and bed - king size - was very comfortable. staff was very friendly and accommodating. great parking facilities.

shower curtain was smelly - really smelly. staff immediately came to the room and changed the curtain.

My friends and I had a great time at Staybridge. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Beverly, the front desk staff, was very kind and accommodating. We initially booked a smoking room but asked to change to a non-smoking room later. Beverly helped us move to a different room without any trouble! Thank you for your hospitality :)

Convenient location for where we needed to be.

Rooms are a little dated and some of the furniture have seen better days. The mattress was too soft ( memory foam top) for me but my friends loved it. Our room lacked a toaster but I got it sorted out at reception. The space where you can have breakfast was not cleaned when people vacated their tables. We had to clean the surfaces ourselves.

Great location. Free complimentary parking for guests and breakfast. Nice pool and beautiful outdoor area. We’ve got perfect two bedroom room with kitchen, stove, microwave and big refrigerator. We didn’t find ice machine on the floor but staff were so kind to bring it to our room. Amazing service. Thank you for your hospitality. We spent unforgettable time together in your hotel.

Breakfast was great, the beds were comfy. The room we were given was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were super friendly.

The location was a bit unusual next to the electrical grid. This was the only negative surprise. The gym was a bit too hot (for a gym), but otherwise no complaints.

Everything was clean, good service, helpful and convinient for our needs. Also free parking was great and breakfast was very good and large variety.

The only thing is it was hard to get towels for the pool.

Breakfast is provided with different choices everyday. Staff like Liza in the cafeteria is really nice to my kids. Also Mike was friendly as well and offered us golf set for mini putt.

The DVD player in the theater is not working. No water boiler in the suite.

No car so it was a long way to the shops. “Go” station 20-25 minute walk.

Spacious suite with plenty of room for our family. Great to have a 2nd bathroom and 3 TVs in our large suite. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cable TV grainy and limited channels.

The suites do not have proper vents & accordingly the food smell is all over the place.. I think the suites main entrance door is not sealed completely to prevent smells from spreading..
