The amenities were great! Staff was wonderful and helpful. Within walking distance to all the stores and restaurants. Very laid back environment compared to the busier hotels.

There were some sketchy people in the hallway yelling at each other. Unfortunate that there are some low end people staying at a wonderful place. The beds were a bit soft for me but overall the rooms are great. Well kept and glad to have a coffee maker/ mini fridge.

Nice comfortable accomodation with good amenities such as in-house free laundry, entertainment room with pool table, Zen Garden for nice relaxing time reading books in the sun and a good sized pool.

No in-house restaurant and a little bit of a walk 10-15mins to the main shopping and restaurant strip

spacious, clean rooms with kitchenette. shower access if you go to the beach after you’ve checked out. great hotel!

location was far from the main area and beaches so this was an inconvenience. Also no street parking on the area so only choice is valet with the hotel which is very pricey

this is my second time staying at this property. always clean...staff friendly. we like the location ..easy access in and out of Waikiki.

like any area ...sometimes having to walk by the homeless ..some bother you for money ..

The staff and the valet were the greatest to us. They would ask if we needed anything and even bring up things that we may have forgotten or didn’t think of.

the rooms were comfortable

we were unable to get a refund for one night when our original flight date was delayed a day. However we could access the rooms from early morning and didn't have to wait for a 4 pm check in.

Room was very clean. Staff was great. Hotel was off beaten path which made it quieter. Walking to park and shops in blocks too. Easy to uber around.

Tub was old, patio small.

The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful.

The amenities were minimal (no jacuzzi). The rates and fee’s were extremely high for limited amenities.
