We had a beautiful view of the canal & mountains from our balcony. The International Market was 2 blocks away and the Beach was only 5 blocks away. Our 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable.

There was limited parking. If you didn't get a space on site. You needed to park in the garage across the street. This was convenient but the cost was $35 per 24hr period.

The size of the Standard Studio with Kitchen room was decent, plus you have a fully functional kitchenette to help you save a little bit on breakfasts and other meals. While the hotel is dated, it was very clean and fully functional. Location is great too, very close to main streets and places to eat. Parking spaces are pretty tight, but parking is included in your rate which is unheard of on Waikiki. Unlimited towels are provided for your beach days.

This property is dated, and you can see evidence of this everywhere if you prefer to. Soundproofing is minimal, which is paired with a pretty busy road nearby. Jalousie-type windows are quite noisy as well.

We loved the fully equipped kitchen- we cooked most of our meals! Hard to find an affordable kitchen space like this- we will be back! The beautiful Waikiki beach was just a short walk away, through several interesting shopping areas. The staff were so friendly every time we saw them. Our balcony faced the ocean side and we had great city views. When we wanted, we could open the large sliding glass window to the balcony and enjoy the fresh air and birds on our balcony! When it was too warm, the air conditioning worked great. The room with a king bed and a full bed was spacious and had extra storage cupboards that were very helpful for our party of 3 - a mother-daughter week. Everything we needed was nearby.

Facility was well maintained, very clean, and staff was both friendly and professional. Location was convenient, kitchen was well equipped, and on-site parking was available and included in the price each of our 10 nights at this location. Beds were quite comfortable and room space was far greater than we expected.

Facility was a bit dated, smart tv's would be nice to access streaming services. May seem petty, but we always appreciate paper towels in the kitchen. However, linen kitchen towels were available for use.

Everything was excellent from the desk people, the house keeping staff if you ask for something they will accommodate, rooms was always clean,Beds made everyday,Trash remove everyday just a delightful place. and easy walking distance to the beach about 7 to 10 minutes. Large TV with a lot of channels,Two burner stove,microwave, pots, a Frying pan,Dishes, silverware, everything you need for a nice stay.

Parking was very tight spaces and limited,If you went out for sightseeing and came back late and there was no space to park you would have go across street and park for a fee, I would like to see them Put bars up for seniors in the shower, and move the soap dish up a little higher for us seniors its to low to bend down, its not bad but it would help.

Spacious, comfortable, excellent location, staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Parking was very limited at the building and very narrow. We were able to get a space all but one time, and the desk clerk gave us permission to use a handicapped space. Except for the parking aspect, we would have rated all areas excellent. It must also be stated that the facility made it clear from the outset, including in descriptions before booking, that parking was limited.

Location, friendly staff, fully furnished room with kitchen, thoughtful guest details (like USB lamps and built in drawers and headboard), cleanliness, and value.

The noise (next to a hangout for young adults and smokers of all types), the multiple individual A/C units also added to noise, low water pressure in shower, small pool, no hot tub, paltry exercise room and sauna.

Great service, super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, car rental just across the road, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, only 2 blocks away 10 min walk to Waikiki beach. 5 min walk to a bus stop to go to Ala Moana, Diamond Head, Waikele Premium Outlet , Perl Harbor and many more. Huge room for Hawaii for a price of a smaller room in other hotels in Waikiki area, full size fridge, good size TV.

Just a normal electrical jug in a room would be nice, but we had a coffee machine in our kitchen we used to make a tea and coffee. Can be a bit noisy with the night time motorbike riders if you get a view room overlooking Ala Wai Canal , but you get a stunning view which is worth it.

Very close to the beach, a little 5 minute stroll to the beach. The staff are really nice. We didn’t mind not being beach front and you do have a view of the ocean from the balcony.

Not having a turn around for parking once you hit the top level without realising that was the top. We could have missed the sign that that was it, we were able to turn around though and just had to do a few 3 point turns to turn around.
