Staff was friendly, location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Felt safe on property. Was offered use of family games. Nintendo. Breakfast was good.

Pool wasnt working-was offered a pool at a other hotel. Found used washcloth in shower. Bedsheets would not stay on.

The desk staff was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was nice and comfortable and they arranged for our family to be on the same floor with rooms next to each other. It was a very pleasant stay.

I felt the breakfast could have offered a little bit more for the price we paid for the room. It was okay, but nothing special.

Location was close to friends we were visiting while 4 hrs away from home. Breakfast was good although the guy that night told us it was from 6-8 and it was actually from 7-10 im guessing he got mixed up on the day of the week.

The website said they have a heated pool inside , which my daughter was excited for but for some reason it was closed...it would be helpful to know that before hand, then i wouldn't have told her they even had one...she was disappointed
