I had the luck to have the pool to myself and almost the whole hotel as they were just switching reservation systems. The hotel has the "typical 1970's look & feel". I like that, but the consequence is that it is not always very tidy and clean. In "normal" cases, when the pool will be filled with children, i do probably not wish to be there. The restaurant was very nice with good service!

Not everything was as well maintained as you may wish, but that will be part of the typical "1970-s style hotel" . Rooms are quite big, so that is a plus.

They let me check in early,which is a HUGE deal for me because I book these hotels for work and if I can't get into my room, then I can't work.if I can't work then it's pointless for me to even rent these hotels. Everything was clean and quiet. This hotel got a lot of bad reviews but they have new management in place. And with new management comes improvements. I'm glad I gave this place a chance instead of going by the reviews from a year or so ago. There's room for more improvements though.

The TV did not work. In fact, the only time the TV has worked was when I had a room closer to the front office. It's the wifi or whatever, the signal isn't strong enough throughout the entire hotel to make the cable work, which does suck if you have kids or you want some background noise.

The entire staff was super friendly! We were in town for a soccer tournament they let us have the team there for a pizza pool party for no extra charge even though they weren't staying at this hotel for us. They have a restaurant in the hotel and they delivered our food right to us. They delivered towels to our room. And also allowed us a later check out time no extra charge so we didn't have to pack up super early before our game. We can't wait for out next stay!

Nothing. Everything was fantastic

It’s overall a hidden gem. Their restaurant has some great food items. We had the nachos and chicken tacos. Both tasted great . We had a jacuzzi tub in room loved it !

I don’t like that they don’t open the pool till 3 pm . Also they need to keep up with pool area. There was no clean towels at pool. The next morning the pool area was a mess along with dirty towels all over .

SURPRIZING!! AFTER READING REVIEWS BEFORE THE TRIP.. CLEAN ROOMS , POOL WAS CLEAN AND JUCUZZI WAS UP TO TEMP. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST OK, EVERYTHING WAS FRESH. ADJACENT TO POOL AREA THERE WAS A LARGE AREA WITH TABLES. ALLOWING GUEST TO MEET AND GREET ONE ANOTHER PLAY CARDS OR BOARD GAMES OR JUST RELAX . HOTEL WAS BEING RENOVATED BUT PERSONELL SERVICE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND MET ALL OUR SPECIAL REQUEST ALSO THE NIGHT MANAGER EVEN ASSIST US WITH OUR LUGUAGE AND MADE HIMSELF VERY AVAILABLE, OTHER GUEST WAS FRIENDLY. FOR A LOW BUDGET HOTEL SURPRIZING COMFORTABLE .

LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS CONFUSING THERE WAS A EAST SIGN WATERFRONT PARKWAY AND WEST SIDE WE GOT LOST BECAUS E OUR PRINT OUT DID NOT HAVE EITHER ..HOTEL IS LOCATED WEST WATERFRONT. AT CONFERENCE CENTER REMADA INN ,SIGNAGE WAS NOT VISBLE FROM THE ROAD! WE BYPASS THE LOCATION TWICE THEN REALIZE THE ENTRANCE WAS ADJACENT TO A STORAGE COMPANY. WE ARRIVED AFTER DARK NO OUTSIDE SIGN, BUT ONCE IN ALL WAS WELL.

The staff was super friendly. The room was huge and the bathroom was large as well. The bed was seriously the most comfortable I have ever slept on. When I booked the room, I booked a pool view King suite, however, they put me in the wrong room. I was able to get switched into a Queen suite, poolside, and it was plenty of room. The pool was nice, but a little on the cold side and the hot tub felt nice but needed cleaned. This place has the potential to be REALLY awesome!

I believe they are under some sort of renovation as there was furniture wrapped in plastic everywhere- including inside our room. They also need to address the calcium buildup in the bathrooms (sink and showerhead). They had a really cool pool and dining area with a sun room, but it was cluttered with furniture and not usable. Once they get their stuff situated, this place will be beautiful!

This place was great.. good value.. the room was updated and very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area with hot tub was a huge plus. Great seating area for breakfast. The free breakfast was ehh only cereal and one waffle maker. We came during the eclipse so it was fully booked out but great experience overall. Would stay again if in area

Free breakfast was good. They have a dining place with a pool table and a nice indoor pool.

The TV didnt work. I had them come and reset it at night but it never came on like they said. The next day it still didnt work and I told them before I left, so they wouldnt put someone else in the room before they fixed it.

Amazing staff, so friendly, we loved the bartender and the 2 meals we had were great. Hot tub and pool were great, loved the REAL trees growing in the indoor area.

Towels were hard to come by. We left them outside our door and nobody grabbed them, even though we saw cleaning crew everyday.

Room was very nice and bed was so comfortable I slept very well. The staff was so friendly especially Shelly who checked me in when I got there. She far exceeded my expectations. Loved the location as it was close to where I was going for a job interview

Pool was out of order while I was there. There was also some computer problems so couldn't print me out a receipt but promised they would email me one.
