very cleanly, staff very accommodating to many requests. lost door keys made new ones quickly. pop machine gave wrong pop and they refunded me quickly. staff welcoming

I would give the breakfast a 7/10. Bagels, toast fruit & muffins were fresh, area was very clean & staff tended to the area well. cereal was full and fresh. Quality of eggs were a little off, sometimes waffle batter thin. biscuits and gravy could have been better. but staff was so accommodating that really didn’t matter that’s just truth if you pick the spot based on the breakfast like some ppl. toilet clogged & unclogged but nothing we ever had to call someone about. elevator a little scary sometimes but it worked lol

Always a comfortable place to stay. Pleasant and supportive staff helpful with luggage, super clean, and doesn't feel dirty to walk in the rooms. Has wifi and is near a major exit with restaurants close by. The staff is outstanding and very friendly. Jason has been there for many years and is an asset to his company

super basic could use some amenities, like continental breakfast, a fitness center, a pool or even HBO and Showtime and an elevator.

The breakfast was alright, but I didn’t see any almond milk to have breakfast cereal and the decaf coffee was weak and didn’t have almond creamer. The coffee wasn’t hot at all.

To have some food for us who can’t have any dairy or greasy foods with some stronger decaf coffee and exclude almond creamer. Thank you

Clean , the beds were super comfy and plenty of good supportive pillows . Price was fantastic compared to other properties in the area . We even had a mini kitchen and sitting area which was really neat. We would definitely stay here again

The breakfast was enjoyable, the room was very comfortable and clean. I was able to adjust the AC and that was very nice as well. Staff was also very friendly.

Could only find one ice machine and had to go to first floor for it.

The staff was super nice and attentive, and the young man on duty was diligent and fixed the deadbolt!

They didn’t have a comforter or pillows for the pullout couch, and the deadbolt on our door wouldn’t close.

The location was perfect for me. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very clean.

The lobby, hallways and elevator had a strange smell. The person at check in friendly enough

I was pleasantly surprised. I got a suite for a great price. I sleep with my tv on and my daughter was able to sleep on the sofa without my tv disturbing her. At checkout I asked if i could fill up my travel mug. He smiled and said i could fill up 2. Breakfast was delicious.

No waters in the vending machines

Staff was friendly. Location was good. Room was bigger than I thought it would be. Being by myself I felt safe there.

Bed sheets were scratchy making it hard to get comfortable to sleep. Towels were stiff and not very soft.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was good . The room were clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice quiet night. The linen was soft.

The toilet seat is too low for hip arthritis.
