Joe, one of the managers is very kind and went an extra mile to help us around challenges we had in a very patient manner!

The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. We've stayed here before, and it has always been good. The staff in the past have been really nice. This trip had a huge hiccup but Joe at the front desk was very sympathetic, and we so appreciated it. We were reserved for 3 days but we had to leave after only one night due to getting back to Florida to prepare for Milton. Joe cancelled the 2 extra days and only charged us for one with no penalties. Great customer service!!!

The complimentary breakfast is pretty darn weak, but then again, it is complimentary.

overall room was quiet. i think we were next to housekeeping storage room, and occasionally could hear some noises in there but it was not too excessive nor loud. at night for a brief while , a bit of noise and people talkin in hallways but also not excessive nor horrible, maybe this is part of observations in general. overall , it went smooth, was convenient, and your place is so awesomely clean , definitely exceptional, and would definitely return for a night, if in the area again.

cant think of much that could truly be better. not really have any serious complaints nor concerns. felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyed our time in indianapolis, with the helps of staying at microtel!

Easy to find; easy check-in; good recommendation for dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door, where the food was good and the value excellent; unconventional but effective room layout meant we had a sofa, coffee table, and dining table and two chairs in our room; perfect cleanliness in room, including bathroom; quiet room, despite being close to airport; comfortable bed; convenient free parking.

We didn't bother with the essentially all-carbohydrate breakfast. Despite considering ourselves completely safe walking both before and after dark, our walking options were restricted by the scarcity of sidewalks in that part of Indianapolis. Hallway carpets needed replacement.

Staff is very nice and friendly. Visited during the nba playoffs and indy 500 weekend. Hotel is very clean. Had a big two bed room, beds were soft and comfortable. Tv had lots of channels, the wifi was really fast. Hotel looks like it was just updated. Not a spec of dirt anywhere in the room. The breakfast is normal american fare but kept warm and everything tasted fresh. 😋 even has a complementary shuttle service to the airport. Located right off of a central highway so ease of access is high. There's a Mexican restaurant right next door that is rated pretty high and a sams club in the same parking lot.

The room was very nice and clean, with pleasant colors and lighting. The special feature is that you can sit right next to the big window in the morning and drink your coffee. Highly recommended.I love it! I will definitely book the same hotel next time.

There's only one thing I didn't like: the shower head in the bathroom should be higher. I'm not very tall, but I think it should be moved and reinstalled at a higher level. I'm not sure if this issue was only in my bathroom or in all of them.

Very nice place for a budget consideration! Clean, well kept, safe hotel. Plenty of things to do quite close by in Avon, basically a straight line drive to Downtown Indianapolis. Made our beds every night. Friendly management. They took cash for the room deposit which was nice too! I’m glad that the reviews on this site were right.

Garbage cans in the 2nd floor hall was overflowing throughout our stay and wasn’t emptied even once, found that weird.

Great check in, friendly. Perhaps the rainy weather is causing glitches in Booking.com system. I paid and they didn't receive the payment. Happy it was sorted by the time I collected my luggage. I loved my room 💕 Wyndham attention to details are always welcome. I slept well and do like being woken by traffic. It gets me going for the day. I also Ike how easy it is to book an extra night and cancel because I didn't need it, with 100% reimbursement, when done in person. What a great experience.

Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Front desk people were available when needed and were able to assist. The TV remote wasn't functioning properly. I stopped by the front desk and mentioned it when I returned that night I had a new remote which functioned perfectly.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Most hotel breakfasts provide scrambled eggs with either bacon or sausage. I would have also liked plain oatmeal packages the ones provided have lots of sugar.

The facility is very clean; the lobby is nice and open. The room is small but efficient- everything you need is there including a microwave and a mini fridge. There is a guest laundry (which I did not use), snacks, a nice breakfast.

The cups provided for breakfast are styrofoam. I'm not used to seeing styrofoam used any more- it is unhealthy and bad for the environment. The cups in the room are a wax covered paper product that is much better and more in line with what I see at other hotels. If you can update the cups to not be styrofoam, that would be much better!
