Location was perfect; right off the freeway. We needed a resting point on our drive from SoCal to Seattle. Front desk person who checked me in was very friendly, approachable and helpful. I saw the manager on duty and walking around and felt the facility was well staffed. This is our second stay at this Comfort Inn. We book here because the room can accommodate two adults and three teenagers via two queen beds and a fold-out sofa. Also because it's a great value.

The tap water tasted pretty bad. My kids complained about it. We got lots of cups of the free cucumber water in the lobby--thank you, it was awesome.

The breakfast and the man who made either for us. The breakfast staff was wonderful. Friendly professional and a good cook.

The front desk staff was very unprofessional and rude. No welcomed us in didn’t say much. They were on their phones no social engagement at all. A retraining session is in order.

Outdated yet comfortable and clean. Large rooms and kind staff make the experience very nice. Beds were higher quality that hotels at similar.price points in the area. Worth it.

Breakfast area can be crowded and only a few chairs. If you hit a rush, you are waiting and need to bring food to your room. Good selection, just too many people all at once.

The size of the room was exactly what I needed to get some work done while my daughter slept. The beds were comfortable and clean. We loved the feel and decor of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and Terry, the woman who prepared our food, was wonderful. She doesn't have much space for making sure the guests have a full continental breakfast that is hot, tastes great, and is filling. Terry gets the job done and with a smile.

The noise from the floor above was bothersome. We were lucky to have a balcony with a functioning slider door, and so did the room above. The sound of their door opening and closing was frustrating because it made it hard for my daughter to fall asleep. We were told renovations were coming, I'd suggest soundproofing or doors with hinges to alleviate the annoyance of sound from the other rooms.

We did not have breakfast as there were quite a few people in the breakfast area. But whoever made waffles or pancakes, it sure smelled good. We just decided to head for home which was only 1 1/2 hours away. We were in Redding for the Moonlight Madness race at Shasta Dam. My son is a runner and likes to participate in this race. also did some shopping at Costco and was able to fit my perishable things in the frig for the night:)

Looks like there had been some repair to the window and the other window would not slide open. There was also some kind of substance on the curtain, not sure what it was. Other than that, the room was comfortable.

The front desk girl was amazing. Super nice and full of energy in her tone. The room was pretty big lots of space. And pretty good restaurants close by with other amenities.

Beds were pretty solid. A little too hard for my liking. Carpets were kinda dirty too.

The breakfast was good and the location was also very handy to the freeway. The manager Theresa and one of the staff, Crystal were so friendly and helpful. We were stranded for an extra day due to the I-5 being closed because of snow and Theresa made us feel like old friends. I would recommend this property to anyone

The breakfast was nice. The room was big and comfortable.

When we unfold the couch, the mattress looked dirty and unpleasant, so we decided not to use it. The breakfast room was very small and crowded.

That's me and my fiance stay here often when I come out here to work. the scenery behind the hotel is awesome the staff is extra nice the food is always good breakfast of course and it's always clean and just refreshing place to be always enjoy when I come here I recommend it to anyone.

Only thing I don't like about this hotel is when I have to leave LOL to be honest there's nothing I don't like about staying here it's awesome.

It was great when the front desk was amazing. We were in a bad situation with my son and also brother and they were so accommodating. I would recommend this place highly.
