We were absolutely surprised how much we loved this hotel stay! We picked it based off the ratings and I’m glad we did. My other family stayed somewhere else and we’re unhappy. Their breakfast here is AMAZING. It’s SUPER clean. The staff is SO wonderful and helpful. We didn’t have ANY complaints. The pool is a tad on the smaller side and it’s freezing cold-BUT, it was over 100 degrees outside so it wasn’t too bad. The beds were average in comfort but the rooms and the setup were very cool. We would highly recommend a stay here and we will stay again!

The hotel is modern, well designed and very comfortable. The kitchenette was beautiful and stocked with everything you would need for a long stay. There was a curtain you could pull between the king bed and the sofa bed, to define the two spaces - brilliant idea. The design of the whole space was one of the best I have seen. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Although it was Memorial Weekend and the hotel was completely booked, we didn't hear any of our neighbors and were not disturbed at all. Well made building!! Also - staff was exceptional!~. Morning breakfast was good - tight space to move around with a full hotel, but it was manageable.

Only thing I could say is that I wish we had more coffee pods in the room itself, but they provide coffee in the lobby 24/7, so we can get your own fresh coffee anytime. I would also add a few more fresh items for their breakfast, but all in all it was very good.

I loved the new facility with all new amenities. Very clean and tidy. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was excellent and very spacious. The pool area was clean and had plenty of clean towels along with optional seating(next to the pool or outside the pool area). The breakfast was amazing, and had plenty of options. It was easy to find a parking spot and well lit during the night.

The TV didn't have the local tv/news station. The bathroom door doesn't have a lock. It has a barn style door.

The room was great - we loved the size. The desk staff was very friendly every time I had to deal with them. And we really enjoyed the pool area.

the ice machine on our floor (three) was broken, which wasn't a big deal. But I will say that the quantity of food avail. at the breakfasts could be improved upon - both days, I got down 45 min before it was over and they were out of many things, including orange juice & coffee.

Staff was friendly, the room was incredibly nice for a hotel in Redding.

I did have to switch rooms from the one I was initially given, since when I walked in, it was clear that housekeeping had not been through the room yet (dishes in sink, no bed linens). The front desk clerk was very apologetic and had me in another room very quickly. This was the only issue I had, and it was easily resolved.

The pullout table for dining. I liked the fact that we could open a window. The bed was very comfortable. Front Desk and Housekeeping employees were very nice. Liked the doorbell. Pet friendly. Water pressure was great.

The showerhead was unreachable to change direction of water and features. Breakfast was so so. Also, availability could be extended another hour.

Crisp and clean. Spacious room, the king suite, with a separate bedroom, a living room with 3 desk areas, a kitchenette, and a lovely view. Good breakfast but no plain egg dishes...premade omelettes most had meat, 1 was veggie.

Nice swimming pool was COLD water. On a 90 degree day it was too chilly in the water to jump in!

Everything! We especially appreciated the staff who were incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. I’d like to give special thanks to Chasie, the assistant manager, who went to great lengths to help us accommodate our sick daughter and stay another night in our same room until she felt better.

The space is incredible, the breakfast was unbelievable. It was just a beautiful hotel and great location. So much space, and plenty of charging places for devices.

Did not may attention to the sign where breakfast ended at 9, instead of 10 but there was still enough for everyone.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff was welcoming. The room was quiet, spacious and the bed was extra comfortable. Great and convenient location.

I did see a few crickets and cockroaches downstairs and just one cricket in our room.
