Alex was awesome!! I got there after 1:00AM and he was very helpful and friendly. Gave me a room on the bottom floor which was great.

Alex was in the middle of his night audit so I had to go back in to the office after about 15 minutes. Not his fault but a little inconvenient. Could not figure out how to turn off the lamp next to the T.V. Switch on wall did not work so I ended up unplugging it.

Everything was clean, great location.

People next to me had a dog. They kept shutting the dog out of the room and left it on the balcony. It was peeing all over the floor of the balcony and wouldn't let me get on my room.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. I also liked how quiet the room was as well as the surrounding rooms and that it's somewhat close to work.

Stains on the floor and wall by the bed and the restroom cabinet. Trash under the bed. My stay before this, I found a chocolate covered pretzel under the Air conditioner. I have a dog and I have to make sure that the room is safe for him too. I also dislike the traffic when trying to get to work.

clean, lots of parking. nice area. rooms in great shape, clean, comfortable, welcoming. staff in lobby very responsive.

The location was great and is located in a nice area.

If one of the guests would have put there trash in the can instead of leaving it outside close to my vehicle and front door.

I expected more out of the breakfast. Felt more like a vending machine than a breakfast.

There was no coffee pot in the room. I was up at 550am and had to wait till 7am for a cup of coffee.

Very clean very friendly staff. Gave us a extra half hour before we checked out so we wernt so rushed to get going.

We didn't like the memo in our room about the stray cat someone needing to feed or whatever it was about was alittle odd but didn't harm us any really

close to freeway, restaurant, shops and the wedding venue

smelled like cigarettes, dog barking next door, top blanket wasn’t clean

it was very close to my place of work

there was nothing I didn’t like about the Hotel. Im actually planning to stay at the same place for the next few weeks.

Close to family, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette.

Elevator was out of order and request to have room on 1st floor could not be provided.
