The pool was so clean and beautiful! Staff in the office were kind and friendly. The towels and sheets were clean and nice.

This looks like it has been such a lovely hotel in the past. It needs some structural repairs (room flooring and outside stairs) and new carpets. It would be worth the cost to repair because the hotel is in a great location with a beautiful, well- maintained pool.

my room was close to the dog walking area which was wonderful because I had a dog with me. I need an accessible room and they accommodated that the shower was fabulous with two showerheads one of them removable and enormous it was the best shower I’ve had in years, towels for soft and absorbent and Snow White. It was a great stay!

The location was sketchy not much they can do about that but the sketchy people out on the street didn’t come into the grounds of the hotel.

I really enjoyed the entire stay! Bill was very kind and accommodating. We had an issue with billing and he showed to be doing everything in his power to fix it. All of the staff were kind, our room and bathroom were clean and honest about things we had questions about.

Carpet seemed a little dirty and only eggs and cereal and fruit for breakfast. Small billing issue that was fixed after we left. Really no complaints though!

Very clean. That's always most important and I appreciate it.

Clean but there were little things that would have made the room a little nicer. Wallpaper was peeling (easy to glue) and it smelled a bit of smoke from back in the day. The blankets were thin and the heater smelled of old smoke too.

The spacious room. Nice and big closet.

It was dated. Could use some upgrades. And it was hard to heat up the room so newer heaters would be good

Everything was perfect right down to a heated pool exceptionally awesome staff 24hrs!!

Can't think of anything that wasn't likeable great place!

Where it was located, hard to get to . U turns and one way streets. Terrible. Thank goodness for google maps.

We were unable to watch tv. But at the same time didnt ask for them to fix it. We brought our game system.
