The room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have a small refrigerator that was big enough to hold a case of water and other food items plus a freezer for ice packs for our waters that we packed daily. The breakfast was yummy and plentiful, though we did wish it was available until 10:00am through the week as well, as we were on vacation and didn’t always leave the room early. The location was convenient to the interstate and most of the major local tourist venues. The property was quiet and there was plenty of parking.

Unfortunately, bed was uncomfortable and we both woke every morning with low back pain. The pillows are flat and too floppy and offer little head and neck support.

Everything. The staff was very kind and tried very hard to meet all our needs. The room was large and exceptionally quiet and clean. The breakfast was very good.

Our flight was late and we didn't arrive until after midnight and our rental car company closed and didn't reopen until 5 am that morning. So we spent the night in the airport and didn't arrive until 8 am at Homewood 2 Suites. When we arrived, our reservation had been placed in the no shows despite the fact we had called earlier and explained our delay. I will say that the hotel desk clerk researched our reservation and found what had happened and resolved it quickly and professionally. We really liked this hotel. They took care of us after a rather uncomfortable night.

This hotel exceeded our expectations for a weekend trip. Not only was the room comfortable, it was clean and had everything our family needed. The kitchenette was such a bonus for needing utensils, fridge, etc. The pool was great for my kids. The biggest surprise was the amazing free breakfast- waffle station, some sort of eggs, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits/gravy, bagels, toast, potatoes, yogurt, juices, etc. :) Loved the 24 hour water and coffee/tea station as well. Would definitely stay again!

staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything I needed and my cat was allowed to stay with me.

The breakfast was good but not the best. Could of been better coffee it tasted bitter,and waffle batter was sweeter than it should of been.

I loved the location of the property and also the size of the room. And I absolutely loved that my key and all features were accessible through my phone! How convenient and cool!

I didn’t like that there was an issue with our AC unit. It seemed that it only worked at certain times. Some of the nights were uncomfortable for that reason. I enjoy a cool night of sleep.

I love this place. I have stayed here several times and each stay was excellent. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had to extend a couple of times and I had no problems. I even referred a friend that came for a couple of days and they were extremely pleased and will use home2 again. The staff feels like family because of how patient, kind and caring they are. My stays were at home2 on Tenderfoot Hills. I will suggest this property to anyone.

Good location

We checked in Monday and had to go tell the front desk on Wednesday evening that our room had not been cleaned and they finally somewhat cleaned it on Thursday but did not wipe down counters or put new bags in the trash they emptied

The check in was smooth and friendly, the member of staff was great. The room was nice and clean, good facilities, comfy bed. Location was fine for us.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but I think this is standard in the States. Europe knows how to do breakfast, America needs to get away from waffles and cereal. So, this is not really a fair reflection of the hotel.

Staff (specially Andrea) was awesome! Andrea literally saved the day for me!! I made mistake (hurriedly booked wrong dates by accident), Andrea worked with booking.com to change to dates needed + voided mandatory cancellation cost (total price of the hotel stay). Not only saved me almost 1,000 USD, but she ensured I had the place close by I needed to stay for the birth of my first grandchild. Staff also was able help me extend my stay for couple days so I could not be more thankful, appreciative for their kind assistance.

Room was a bit pricy (~300 USD per night with full buffet breakfast each morning) but given my circumstances I was happy to have it. All good hotels were booked that weekend I believe due to major local sports event

Location was perfect for the event we ware attending. The common areas and room, are spacious, modern and well designed, and we had everything we needed in the room, including bathroom. kitchen and plenty of storage space.

Music in the valet area could be heard in the room, early morning. The breakfast was just OK, there are a few things that could be improved like better juices, fruit and breads. Exercise room was ok but lacked some of the important massage equipment items.
