This hotel was amazing. It had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The bar caught my attention on arrival. I knew starbucks was on site, so that was definitely a plus. I enjoyed the pool as well. The staff was amazing and texted me 2x throughout my stay to ensure I was enjoying my stay. Colorado did not disappoint thank you for an amazing stay. 🤩

No body mirror was available. We also didn't realize we could park in the back, which was a lot closer to our room. The walk to the front is long, and the conference room doors were locked. Once we realized we could park in the back, that's what we did made it a lot better.

Very clean & friendly staff.

I was charged $154.35 for canceling my reservation of 1 king room. I didn’t cancel my whole reservation. Ended up only needing 1 queen room with 2 beds. I could see being charged if cancelled my whole reservation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this. Please help me resolve this. Thank you!

Comfortable room. Ample supply of outlets and USB plugs. I was happy for the provided toiletries and hair dryer. The free cookie at check-in was nice, but complementary breakfast would be even nicer.

The towels are terribly rough. I was surprised to feel something poking out of one of my pillows and pull out a feather. Are we really still using down pillows in 2024?

Thank you for all the xtras! Room next to each other, fast check in, plenty of baggage carts, parking was excellent, near all the doors! We cery much enjoyed the stay! A bit pricy but then I had three rooms . Excellent breakfast and nice eating area

A bit pricy$$$$$$$ but location was why I do believe! I knew the price before booking so I accepted it!

the hotel was so close to all the sites we wanted to go to, the exercise room was nice and roomy, and it was easily accessible

we had three people, so tried a king with a pull out. the pullout was poor and unmade when we arrived. In hindsight we should have gone with two queens but never the less...

Room was clean bed was comfortable you get cookies when you check out. Staff was nice

Price for room was ridiculous. If you're thirsty, you should probably avoid the bar. I had a double screwdriver and it cost me $20 plus tip. Nice place but your paying for the name. No better than most rooms I've stayed in for 1/2 the price.

Microwave/Fridge in the room, large pool

Hot tub was EXTREMELY hot. We were sweating and dizzy after 5 minutes despite being fine in our previous hotels hot tub. On site restaurant wasn’t staffed well, no one seated us the first day after waiting 10+ minutes and looking around. So we went elsewhere. Some of the ice machines didn’t work, at least one per floor. We had to get ice on floor 2 (ground) every morning. Being right next to a highway, a bit noisy.

The staff was exceptional! Rooms clean and very, very nice. I will definitely stay here again. I booked a mobility access room and that is what I got when I checked in.

No free coffee, only Starbucks. Breakfast very high priced and must get booked separately/ not included in the overall very expensive hotel rate.
