No breakfast kitchen not operating just juice containers yogurt some fresh fruit and sometime pastries I got one muffin that was moldy. Needs cleaned

I know there an employee shortage but I would get a cleaning company in to clean it up before the summer season starts. Mattress bad

The desk clerk was really nice! The coffee maker in my room wasn't working, and she went to get me a new one right away.

Breakfast under renovation, only offered yogurt and fruit. Beds not very comfortable. Gym under renovation. Rooms seem outdated, but it was clean.

The staff was fantastic! They helped get us a room close to the elevator so I didn’t have to walk too far to get to our room. I am using a walker because of foot surgery. The night desk staff also helped us relocate to a different room because the TV wasn’t working. Checking in and out was also a good experience.

Just had an issue with the room. No closet to hang our clothes also no iron in the room

Not having a closet. If we had stayed any longer than the two nights and had more luggage/clothes it would not have worked

No HOT breakfast. ☹️ More guide information on the tv. Movie channel options like HBO wanted.

Breakfast was excellent!! So many options and all fresh!! Coffee was amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy couldn't ask for more! Very well located, stores and restaurants within walking distance!

You were working on up grades. When finished it will be better overall the stay was very good.

Heat wasn't functioning properly but front desk staff went out of their way to get it working properly!

Breakfast area well stocked. The woman who oversaw the area was very quick with restocking and was very helpful
