Amazed at the way the breakfast area was kept full and clean at all times. Heather was working at that time. We were there a whole week, and she was nothing short of amazing at her job. She kept all items available, and I watched as she would stir the oatmeal so a coating would not form on top. This would keep it appealing for anyone who wanted it at any time. And, also, the heating trays with eggs and etc...were always full and looking appetizing...muffins and bread were moved to the front if a space was there....counter was kept clean always. Could not ask for a nicer person to visit with first thing in the morning. And although it was busy at times, she could socialize for a short while and still not be delinquent in her duties.

I have no complaints at all. Just more compliments.... Shaun greeted us every time we came back from our outings with family. The nicest man...always friendly. And Kelly worked on our room, always with a smile and a "have a nice day" greeting. Occasionally we would stop and talk with her. Loved her kind, professional energy. And our room was always spotless after she cleaned it.

Great hotel! Check-in was fast and friendly. Our room was clean, lovely and very spacious. The bathroom was equally clean, spacious and modern. One nice - small feature - is that our room for two included three bath-size towels. This is a pet peeve of mine. Often we'll stay in a room for four (with our two children) and are only given three towels -- why not include at least one towel for each occupant? We always have to call down for another towel. So it was nice to have the opposite here - an extra towel! I know - minor point - but it brought a smile to my face. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! Usually a complimentary breakfast means a few stale muffins and maybe a sad-looking banana - not the case here: there were freshly cooked omelettes (including an egg-white option), a variety of breakfast meats, oatmeal and toppings, an assortment of cereals, pancakes, some incredibly delicious fresh-baked cinnamon rolls and more. Truly the most amazing complimentary breakfast I've ever experienced. Kudos to the staff! We would absolutely stay here again if in the area and our positive experience here makes me consider other Holiday Inn Expresses more seriously.

Our room was splendidly modern with lots of interesting lighting features. The beds were unusually comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast offerings were well-prepared and fresh, and they offered choices that are not commonly seen, such as vegetable omelets and fresh pancakes.

The man at the front desk was so nice I wish I could remember his name. He gave us the option to choose which floor we wanted to stay on since they had availability of the room we paid for on each floor. The bed was super comfortable and there was a firm or soft pillow option which is always appreciated. The location was also great for us.

There was nothing we didn't like.

1. The Air Conditioner was quiet. We were able to sleep all night without having to listen to the AC making noise. 2 Breakfast was great. 3. The people preparing breakfast were friendly and talkative. 4 The facility was well kept up.

The swimming pool was closed.

The hotel was quite comfortable and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good, as expected.

The team could have done a better job with replenishing the food, coffee and utensils etc during the breakfast "rush"

Clean hotel and kind staff. The hotel was in great shape and the included breakfast was delicious. We needed a place to get some rest and this was perfect, easy access right off the highway. This was a terrific value.

My beds mattress was not as comfortable as previous hotels in the same brand. There was nothing else that did not meet or exceed my expectations.

We weren’t told before check in that the pool was closed indefinitely. Also lobby computers and printer were out of order .

Breakfast was excellent and the early hours met our needs. The front desk staff went above and beyond in efficiency, friendliness, and helpfulness.

The pool was not available and the pancake maker was broken; therefore the cost of the hotel seemed a bit high.
