Good breakfast options - not fancy but had healthy options like oatmeal, boiled eggs, some fruits and yogurt and plenty of other options. Staff was very kind and helpful. Pool area and gym were clean and just what we needed. Room was clean, of comfortable size and the heating unit worked well in the room. Location by the highway and next to a police station were great. It was a good value for the price, especially the included breakfast, indoor pool and gym, and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean with no evidence of mold in bathroom/shower and clean sheets, however there were few sunflower seeds in the carpet by the bed in one area so not sure how thoroughly the carpet was cleaned prior to our arrival. Elevator stopped working on our last day there so beware there are 3 floors in case that happens again (staff notified us immediately and apologized).

Hotel is under renovations but still very clean. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time that I have tried to use a digital key at a Hilton facility ( as a rewards member was supposed to gain extra Hilton points for using it) but it never works. I get the digital key via the Hilton app for contactless check-in but it never works. I always need to go to the front desk anyway. Not sure I have received the extra points as promised for using the app/digital key. I do love the Hilton chain though as I travel quite frequently for work and leisure.

Our room was very nice. We had quiet neighbors! I also booked a rom for my daughter, who had noisy neighbors through the night. That was unfortunate since this was her first night away from her husband and three year old, and she was looking forward to a quite night of sleep.

It was super clean. One elevator only to the 3rd floor. Beds hard. Noisy people slamming doors, kids running. This is typical of a hotel like this. People are so inconsiderate. The highway noise at the back of the building was far too loud all night. Food is typical but good-need to make dairy free eggs-had cheese in them. At check in make sure you ask for receipt. They charged $20 plus extra and then you hope to get it back. Booking says this price is guaranteed-no it is not! When we called the lady said that we should get 17-18$ back and not even the $20. We always leave a room as good as we found it. This is an insult.

Large room with two very comfortable queen beds (firm mattresses), an armchair, desk, coffee maker, and microwave. The bathroom was a nice size, clean, and functional. We loved the night light in the bathroom: not shining brightly in your eyes at night but conveniently installed under the sink area.

The room smelled like male cologne. It was a good smell, though.

The Hampton Inn at Sturbridge is super convenient to several highways. Breakfast was more than adequate. The desk person that checked us in at 10:30pm, was extraordinarily pleasant and welcoming, kudos!

The only nit i can pick is pillow cases were so new, they had a rough or slightly "plastic" feel. I'm sure it's some kind of coating that aids in sanitary washing...?

Decent breakfast, but not appealing. No orange juice. The only eggs offered were eggs and cheese. Rather than bacon or breakfast sausage, they only offered kielbasa. Admittedly, oatmeal and and waffles were available, so people did have choices. Probably just wasn't my morning.

the person in the office. not good when I check in. Indian person not respect to me

Bfast was good and well served, staff was all great. They treated us very kindly and considerate. Made us feel like they were glad we we there.

Was very quiet, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good

The whole hotel could use some updating. There's only one elevator and it's very slow. Rooms were a bit dated and could use some little repairs and tlc.
