It was close to everything! The rooms were beautiful and had a little lounge area as well as a microwave and tiny refrigerator! The breakfast offered was fantastic! Everything that anyone could have wanted!

The only thing that I can say that I didn’t like was the price of snacks and drinks! A 12 ounce bottle of Coke was three dollars! Also there was only one ice machine on the bottom floor. Would be nice if each floor had an ice machine. But those items are insignificant compared to the rooms and everything else!

The hotel was clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were clean and open.

I booked an accessible room but the tub/shower was hard to get in and out of. The bed was so high it was hard to get on and off.

My room was very clean and the amenities were good.

Hello, I had asked for an early check when I booked over a week before and even called to make sure my request could be accommdated and was told, as usual, no problem. When I arrived there were no rooms available and I was told it would be several hours before one was ready. I am a regular customer to this hotel and have always gotten great service. I had to wait over three hours to check in. This is not good customer service. In the end, after three hours, the Maid Supervisor, Asheeley (sic) stepped up and provided me with a room. She did a great job and was very helpful. I will be back, but I trust the service will be more accommodating. Jeff

Easy check in. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Our room is extremely comfortable. Tv is big. Bathroom is very clean. Shampoo and conditioner smell good. This hotel is also in a great location. I feel safe here.

The pool was very cold. Also, the hot tub jets were not working, which we were informed upon check in. However, the hot tub wasn’t really hot. It was just warmer than the pool. The only other minor thing was there were sticky spots on our floor in our room.

Breakfast was good, location was good. Staff members that we came in contact with were very helpful.

The door to our room was hard to open because the door rubbed on the carpet. The carpet in front of the fridge had dried up food of some sort. The shower curtain was moldy and needed to be replaced.

Didn't get to try it. Went down at 9:00 and there wasn't any hot food left.

Our room was clean in every aspect except the floor needed vacuumed. Crumbs in front of desk area.

Comfy beds and nice breakfast 😋

Took 30 minutes to check in, staff was not at desk. There was a large group of kids using the pool, maybe a birthday party.

Food was ok, would like a gluten free option. Prefer sausage more well done. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Shower curtain had a musty smell.

As is usual, the staff was excellent. My early check-in was no problem and went very fast. Breakfast was very good and fresh. The room was very clean. I always enjoy staying at this location and look forward to my next stay. Jeff.
