Breakfast was very tasty, waffles were amazing. Room service was fabulous, and our room was very clean.

The elevator broke down and no one offered to take our luggage down the three flights of stairs. The poolroom wasn't available because of repairs, and no one mentioned it when we booked, this would have been good information to have before we booked. Pools are important for my husband as he likes to end the day with a quiet swim.

The staff were friendly and professional. Issue with card used wasn't noticed at check in, when noc shift ran audit and noticed they emailed and texted me rather the calling or knocking an waking us up. Room was clean. Staff were amazing, I wish I had their names but from check in to check out they went above and beyond. I've done that job it's not easy and they did it with a smile on a fully packed night.

The bed wasn't the comfortable to us, but we are picky. We wish there was a no kid time late night for the pool, it was just too loud lol also wish the breakfast had a protein option other then sausage gravy.

I loved the 12 o'clock check out time normally other places are 11, staff was very friendly and nice, and they had a great breakfast with alot of options!

I found a shirt in the room that was left from previous people, and touched my nightstand behind the lamp and felta sticky mess, so it wasn't cleaned properly.

The room was huge! It was also only accessible from inside the building so we felt very safe even though we heard the part of town we were in was not the best. The breakfast had dyi waffles, biscuits and gravy and decent coffee for a hotel breakfast. The check in staff person was very helpful and accomodating. We arrived early and she stowed our bags for us in the office so we could go for a bike ride while we waited for the check in. The beds were very comfortable and even though the highway was nearby, we didn't hear it. There is a steam room and dry sauna available for guests.

The pool and jacuzzi were both closed due to the water being murky but that was just bad luck for us. (I just used the sauna which was wonderful.) The check in is at 4pm and they do not allow early check in.

Front desk person was exceptionally helpful. It was late and I didn't feel well, she went above and beyond to make check in as hassle free as possible.

Parking needs more light. Especially in this area.

The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage and seating options, good sized table/desk.

Towels, bathmat, etc. could have been plumper. Although chairs at table were comfortable, it would have been nice to have a height-adjustable chair to use table comfortably as a desk. An ottoman of some kind would be useful when sitting on sofa.

Great place to stay with a dog. Good breakfast, clean rooms.

The building was under construction and the pool was closed, so it was restrictive. But that's temporary.

Staff was great, pool area was really nice, Room was really comfy and big for my group of family.

One of the staff that appeared to be done working went to my room at my request and freshened it up. She was very kind and went out of her way.

The pool being open late the staff was incredibly nice and the breakfast was amazing

Only 2 towels in the room for 3 people for 3 nights
