Location was perfect. Within 12 minutes of our family, only a 25 minute easy drive into Pittsburgh, close to shopping and very easy to get onto the highway that we needed. Coffee was very good. Exercise facility was spotless and well equipped. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The BEST part was the quiet time in the evenings. The young woman at check in was very helpful and even came out to make sure we had a luggage cart. The young man at the desk offered a snack or water when I came to report someone's car alarm was going off. The bathroom was huge, bright and clean. The housekeepers in the hall way asked if there was anything extra that we needed. Breakfast had everything we needed/wanted. What a cheerful place overall. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Breakfast was delicious! Alot of variety! Loved the location! So many places to shop and dine within minutes of the hotel! Also 20 minutes away from Downtown Pittsburgh and about 25 minutes from the Pittsburgh Zoo! so easy to travel as it is near the major highway but tucked in and hear next to no noise! Our family loved how clean and cozy this place was! Complimentary 24 hour drink station was also a nice perk! Will definitely be back!!! Staff was very friendly!!!

The only small issue we had was our room wasnt ready when we arrived at 4pm when checkin starts at 3pm! But the matter was resolved!

This was really one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. It looked like it was brand spanking new (the bathroom was the sparkliest and cleanest bathroom we have been in a very long time). The top floor was 24 hour quiet floor, the entire property was non smoking, they had a 24 hour fancy coffee (and hot chocolate) bar in the lobby (all free!), and breakfast (also included) was terrific. They even had non-dairy milk available for us. Also, it was a great location just off the highway with lots of stores (Target, Kohls, a healthy grocery store, Staples and more), and restaurants (too many to mention) within a 5 minute drive (or even a walk to most of them). The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. All-round, it was a great stay. We are thankful to have found this little gem in PA and will be back!

Location was fabulous to get into Pittsburgh for the Taylor Swift concert. Breakfast was delicious! The staff was friendly and even made me an omelette just after breakfast was suppose to end. Incredibly clean too! Pool was a great temperature and fun for the kids!

The only thing that made sleeping difficult was the rattle in the a/c unit. Bought ear plugs the next day and had no problem!

Staff was friendly. Very clean establishment. 24 hr Coffee and hot cocoa bar! The shampoo dispenser in the shower rather than little travel bottles. Close in proximity to our next day project. The breakfast was perfect, the gentleman tending to the food had my husband sample some home fries before bringing them out to make sure they tasted ok. What a nice gesture!

A main light for the room rather than all lamps. Great stay otherwise!

Location, clean, modern. Can walk to stores and restaurants, ample free parking. Quiet room in back.

Lack of housekeeping. Needed trash pickup and towel exchange. Slippery tub surface felt unsafe.soap dispensers not very easy to use. Soap / shampoo needed replaced! Coffee brand questionable. Lighting needs improvement.

The food was the usual affair. No surprises from the food selection. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The small kitchen area had good appliances. Nice view and wonderful lounge chair.

The link sausage and eggs were over cooked. Eggs spongy and sausage chewy. Sourdough bread too big for the toaster and had to cut the slice in two. The bathroom had 3 bright lights without control. No night light in the bathroom. Either huge light or no light. The hairdryer only blew cold air. .

It is newer. Breakfast was good. We were able to walk to get dinner and a treat. Even though it was an exceptionally warm day, the short walk was enjoyable. Easy access to the interstate. The soap dispenser in the shower was extremely helpful. We had plenty of clean towels.

Check in was fine, but lacking a welcoming atmosphere and personal connection. The pool was packed with a softball team, so the experience was very rowdy. One of my children didn’t feel comfortable getting in. Finding a comfortable temperature in the room was also a bit challenging.

This was our stopover choice on trip from Myrtle Beach to Ontario, Canada. It was extremely clean with hand sanitizing products available everywhere (even in the elevator)! Hotel appears to be brand new. Room was luxurious and a great value. It was 1 minute off the main highway and very close to Cracker Barrel, Chipotle, and a gas station. It would definitely be my first pick the next time!!!!

The location is great and the amenities make you feel like you're staying in a 5 star resort. Very clean, modern and chic. Very friendly staff!! Love the coffee bar. Also love the cute designated "makeup" towel in the bathroom for washing your face after makeup removal.

My only (small) complaint is that the body wash, shampoo and conditioner were just about empty in the shower. But that was very minor as I brought my own little bottles so I was able to grab them once I realized the ones on the shower wall were empty.
