Staff were terrific from the second we checked in and the following morning as we were loading the car . Traveled with cats in carriers and staff engaged in conversation regarding the cats….and their cats! Every associate we encountered were so friendly . Absolutely made our stay such a pleasure! This will be our planned go to spot when traveling through Lake City !

Older hotel but was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was small but we didn't stay long. Excellent location, not far off exit, lots of restaurants close by, Cracker barrel in walking distance as well as Ruby Tuesdays. Second time we've stayed here, can't beat price. Bathroom was very clean. Nice water pressure and lots of hot water. Mini frig. Coffee maker both in room. Very nice girls that checked us in and out.

I would suggest replacing beds, starting to get a tad wore.

Nice, clean, everything was exactly as advertised. Large room, AC heat, shower worked as expected. The Mgr Bob was exceptional in demeanor, professional and very pleasant and accommodating. Superb location close or walking distance to everything.

The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Had to ask for bread to make toast. It was 0800. Check in was fab, the desk person was very good. Later I called desk to ask for tv directions and she asked if I had a 5-10 mins and she will come up to show us. She showed in that time frame, its was tv receptor thing, she explained it and showed us and it was aok. I so appreciate she took the time to show us.

The best part was the courtesy of the staff !! Especially Dana the front Desk receptionist ...very friendly !! The rooms and bed was very comfortable !!

The hot breakfast was wonderful. It included perfect scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. The decor and furnishings were very up to date, the water pressure was outstanding in the shower, the bed and bedding were comfy, and the towels were really soft.

The cleaning lady knocked on our door before it was time for us to check out, but that was the only thing we didn't like.

I over everything. Slept like a baby very quiet. The staff was wonderful.Comfortable and clean bed. Highly recommend..

The room was a perfect size, with a nice big tub/shower. . The bed was the most comfortable bed ever ! And the pillows were great too ! The room had plenty of coffee, sugar and cream, and the staff were super helpful and friendly ! I would definitely recommend this hotel

Nothing, everything was great !

I know I left a small pouch in the room with some earrings and was told they didn’t find it. I also left a pillow of sorts and they kept that until our return trip. I appreciated that but someone has my earrings and that upsets me very much that they were not turned in.
