What made our stay extraordinary was DRosa(I hope I have her name correct) she was very attentive and patient. She went above and beyond with assisting us with an additional room purchase. She's an employee who definitely deserves some recognition, and that's why I'm writing this review. I do not...repeat do not write reviews, but she was so deserving of it! She was on duty when I checked in at approximately 4:00 p.m. on June 5.

The room was clean and fresh and I appreciated that. Modern decor was really nice. The staff was nice for the most part. Breakfast was good overall.

The lady who did the breakfast was mean. She kept getting mad if we asked her for anything. You need another waffle maker. People were lining up and it took too long to get them.

Clean and conveniently located. Overall it was good. I did have an issue with my sink but my room was promptly switched.

Didn't like the 4 dollar limit in how much change a resident could receive. Not even enough to wash, dry, purchase detergent/fabric softener for one load. Just made no sense.

For an older hotel - I found it very clean and service was friendly and helpful she did let me know that ice was only available on the floor above and below me. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of healthy options I thought.

I wish they offered a single keurig cup of coffee but that is just a preference thing, otherwise very nice and clean.

The room and the facility was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was the pool area was dirty. The tables and chairs were very dirty and the lounge chairs were all broken.

The price was very good and the hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and kind.

The property needs a little updating. The breakfast needs a little updating too.

I liked everything except we couldn't figure out how to turn on the bathroom lights. No smoke and nice and quiet. The AC was the best part. We'll be back.

The elevator ride to floor 3 felt like ur getting dropped when it stopped. Also the smaller than usual flat screen tv could have been in front of bed. Instead the refrigerator was there, the tv was to the right. But overall it was a good stay

the rooms were clean and there were NO mold issues like other hotels in the area. Veronica at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The staff were very nice and attentive.
