The place is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a laundromat on site. Hard to find that info in any description but it’s important to me so I thought I would share. The detergent and fabric softener is auto dispensed though so if you have allergies it could be an issue. And you can’t opt out of it. The staff are all super nice and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. The beach is beautiful and has great activities for kids. The location is great. Lots of wonderful restaurants around so you don’t have to do the all inclusive food option if you’d rather explore.

Why can’t there be king size mattresses? The two twins are not a great option. Would prefer to have a larger combined bed.

The hotel is amazing with everything catered for you. The food is exceptional and the staff are incredible from the reception to the cleaners and the entertainment team to the restaurant staff! Big shout for Miguel on reception and David in the ents team. Also a big mention for Diego on reception too. Also the girls for Yoga too - amazing work. You've got a huge amount of choice for food options which covers everyone and the BBQ restaurant was excellent. The staff do small touches every day whether it be leaving things in your room or coming round with extras at the pool. You're never stuck for something to do and for someone who loves being active, all the classes were great too. The food trucks offer more choice again and for the Star Prestige guests having access to the lounge and Sky Bar just take it to another level and well worth extra money to upgrade. With the beach literally out of the hotel, you can just choose between the pool and the sea without having to move your stuff as well. Kids club and all of the day events were also amazing.....pool carpets, foam parties, acrobat shows etc. All of this just in the daytime alone! Outstanding. Overall the hotel is exceptional and it's just a few tiny details that hold it back. Still in my opinion it's more a 5 star than a 4 star.

Not enough space around the pool and it meant you were on top of each other and this also applies to the restaurant as well. The hotel is amazing but the space was limited in these areas. We had one small issue relating to a cleaning problem and Yane on the Star Prestige reception didn't seem bothered or fussed with it which was a let down as for the most part she was very good but could be a little more polite with guests at times. Finally the gym could do with a refresh too.

Perfect for families, close to beach, beautiful clean hotel, great location, most kid friendly hotel we have ever stayed at and cannot wait to book another stay. We checked in really late (2am) and the staff were so lovely and let my husband bring our children up to the room whilst I finalised our check in. There were little toys for children at reception, the pool and a playground, they also had a balance bike and ride on toys which the children absolutely loved. It was really amazing.

The apartment was really small, we didn't have a balcony which was so disappointing given the price and also didn't see it anywhere that stated this when booking. Also there was no kitchen amenities so is really for people who are doing all inclusive.

Location: you have a lot of restaurant and shops in a walking distance which is quite useful. On top of that, from the hotel, you directly access to the beach. Restaurant: Large choice of tasty food combined with quality Staff: Super helpful and support the client

Cleanness: Room was not totally clean everyday, and one day they did not clear whereas their app stated the opposite. We were missing couple of times some towels, The kid's club was also a bit dirty, as most of the people did not follow the rules by taking their shoes off. No staff was reminding them

I really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast and dinner were both good with a variety of food. The hotel's location is exceptional, right next to the sea. The pool facilities are great, and there are fantastic entertainment programs every day, with a very friendly entertainment staff. The beach is amazing, and the sea is warm. I'm very happy with my choice.

I didn't have enough storage space for clothes in the room. There was a wardrobe at the entrance, but most of it was without shelves, so it was more of a place to keep suitcases.

- Super close to the beach; - All the infrastructure is available around (shops, pharmacies, etc); - Evening program for kids; - Food was delicious; - Reception staff was very helpful.

- There should be a cooler with water close to children playground with free access 24x7; - It would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room, especially family room, so it is possible to drink tea without going to bar each time; - Please turn on coffee machines during lunch and dinner; - Lots of mosquitoes in the rooms!!! This can be solved somehow with window screens or fumigators.

Perfect location right on the beach and in walking distance to everything (restaurant, supermarket, drug store, even hospital). Hotel and the room was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Every day there is some show or activity for kids and maybe also adults. Overall a quite nice family hotel next to one of the most beautiful beaches from Mallorca.

Pool water is somewhat cold in the morning, gets warmer in the afternoon. Fortunately there is also a heated, indoor spa area. The apartment is a bit small, but that's subjective. The food is delicious and on par with the 4* hotels on the island. But after 4-5 days it may start to lack diversity. There was a Spanish and Mexican evening, but Greek or Asian or Indian was missing during our stay. The one thing that's truly appalling is the sausage (Wurst) for breakfast. The Chorizo was very good, when it was served, but that brown "stuff" that's served every morning makes me think of dog food. Very disappointing for German speaking guests.

We stayed here for a week with our 7year old and 3 year old! All inclusive. Wow! It was amazing! Staff are fantastic! Shout out to the children’s entertainers who always went above and beyond. The pool is cold, but once in it was fine, indoor pool is slightly heated. Daily activity’s took place, including the water carpet which was a massive hit with my 7year old. The evening entertainment was always good fun, the kids loved the quiz! Children’s entertainment was great, staff would always make an effort to say hi and give out hi fives! Face paining was on offer regularly. Food was great, a large variety and was fresh, they had 2 food trucks outside, 1 with ice cream And cake the other with freshly made burgers etc. there was also a crepe stall near the children’s play area. Ice cream choice was great! The drinks package was fantastic! So much variety, cocktail menu was great, they also had so many mocktail choices which was a hit with the kids. The beach is lovely and clean, water can get a bit rougher from lunch time onwards which is good fun! There is a person renting paddle boards/jet skis etc. paddle board was good fun! €15 for an hour. We will 100% be returning and would recommend! Sad to be leaving!!

the seaside location

the poor selection and quality of food, much worse than at the other similar hotels i've stayed at; the facilities in the room - the toilet door weren't airtight, making the noises and smells to propagate throughout the room, and furthermore had a light controlled by a timer, making it very uncomfortable at night; last but not least, the beds in our room were awful - a double bed on what resembled an old hospital frame on wheels that kept sliding apart. The cleanliness of the poolside was also questionable. by the time the evening came, trash amassed at the pool banks

The food is really good. The variety of foods is very good. Every day there are some local gastronomical meals that are very delicious. Staff is super friendly and patient as there was more children than adults. Family room is big enough. Plus there is free drinking water in every floor. The hotel also have laundry room where you wash and dry alone (4€ washing, 3€ dry cleaning).

It’s not that we didn’t like, but the inside pool is really very small and the water isn’t heated. So if you travel outside the season, don’t have too big expectations for swimming.
