Excellent location , really friendly staff, club access definitely worth the extra cost.

Possibly the perfect place for a stay in Bangkok. Centrally located and within walking distance of many places it is a great place to stay. The hotel , whilst being older than some, is well maintained and extremely comfortable. All staff are super helpful and polite especially those on the Club floor and the concierge staff.Always very pleasant and keen to help. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything that one needs. Food is excellent and the breakfast has a massive choice in the main area and less so in the Club Lounge but still fabulous. We have stayed here before and will stay again we have never been disappointed and somehow the team manages to exceed our already high expectations 😁

This classic hotel is in the best possible location for shopping - right next to the colossal Central World complex and other upmarket malls. It's also close to the Skytrain station for getting around Bangkok and there are always tuk tuks outside. The hotel is also attached to the famous Erewan Shrine, a Bangkok landmark. Breakfast is superb, with Western, Chinese and Indian vegetarian options. The pool is quite large for a city centre hotel. Service is genuine 5 star

It is a bit expensive compared to some of the newer hotels but it is a classic hotel and the the service is 5 star

The hotel is in excellent location (linked to big malls via BTS station walkway). Some reviews said it was a bit old but we found the facilities very well maintained and very clean. Great amenities provided and water quality was excellent too. We were travelling with an infant and everyone was so friendly and accommodating (especially the manager lady at the breakfast/dining area), except one staff which is my negative point.

In general, everyone was so lovely but we had a horrible check-in experience. The staff doing our check-in had such attitude which really dampened our first impression of the hotel. There were several mix-ups (about our room, our names) which weren’t her fault necessarily but her eye rolling and sighs and subtle shifting of responsibility to us were surprising for a hotel of this level and very unpleasant. The payment mix-up was entirely her fault, which came with no apology. The other minor fault with the hotel was that their recommended/organised private tour guide was not very good: lots of anecdotes, inability to answer historical questions etc—definitely not worth the price we paid.

Not enough breakfast staffs while we were there. A lot of guests were having breakfast along with us. Not a big issue though.

The guest relation officer named Ris (a Muslim guy) has been so helpful during our first day in helping out with "where to go" for halal food etc. Great welcoming gesture/complimentary cheese cake and fruits and greeting card sent to our room :-)

Should be more Muslim friendly especially on the serving of halal foods for muslim visitors from neighbouring countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei for example. As of now, the halal status for hotel food remain questionables as the restaurant do serve pork and other non-halal dishes. The bell boys have been so helpful in getting us taxi to move around the city. Thanks so much!!

Very classic hotel. I loved their lobby, very luxurious and seems like it has some history. You will see huge columns and arches over them. The high ceiling is glass but arched with help of metal frames. The floor looked like they are made of stone. We noticed in the evening that the lamps are actually lit by fire. It makes you think you are in a classic movie. The service was outstanding. Upon entering our room we see the luggage’s have been already sent. My 6 year old found some welcome gift, slippers in her size, bath robe in her size. My infants clean cot was made with fresh bedding. They have bear made of towel for both. After settling we noticed the edges of furniture were covered with protective bumpers. This extra bit really impressed me. I don’t thing any other hotel can ever top this. The breakfast was amazing! They had halal corner. Also had vegetable options for traditional Asian food ( noodle, bao bun, Sui Mai). The restaurant staff were really well mannered and welcoming. You can go to central world (shopping mall) easily through another adjacent marked and skywalk. For us this was huge plus because we had stroller.

Nothing really. Just a tiny bit: the room foyer area was dark, maybe they can add some light.

Thankyou for the very customer -oriented crew with pleasant smiles and friendly attitude; very helpful and attentive. Lobby and building is nicely decorated and very comfortable. I was given a corner room- the same room I stayed with my parents some time ago when we visited BBK. My mom had passed away lately. It brought back all the memories. When the staff learnt of this, they had given me a card. My husband and I were very impressed by their caring and sweet act.

The room layout and facilities need to be reviewed and improved especially the bath tub which is blocked by big pillar and the bath tub is very small and narrow which is a bit difficult to get out and get in, kind of dangerous; the air conditioner’s vent is facing the bed; I can’t sleep as cold air directly blown on my face. It’s also difficult to close the curtain as the window was blocked by the TV and the cabinet; however, overall I am pleased with the room.

The hotel has very beautiful designs. It could be inspiration. The club lounge had very good breakfast. Not so many choice but enough to satisfy us. We did not had opportunity to enjoy happy hour in club lounge as we had to got to police as we left our ipad in tuk tuk. The staff name Varis helped us so much brought us to police station and accompanied us till we met out tut tut driver and found out ipad .such a dedicated person. The room was cleaned up every time we left our room . Such a nice feeling when we came back . Everything was nice here .

The bathroom stainless steel had little stained of water mold .

The hotel is clean, the staff is cooperative and welcoming. The location is near many malls and central markets, reachable by walk. Taxi is always available at the hotel. The breakfast is international and excellent. I liked the smart screen inside the room.

The building is old, but it is nice and acceptable, as it is decorated and clean. The open buffet lunch provided by the restaurant is very expensive compared to the prices in Bangkok and Thailand. The metro causes vibration to the hotel building which sometime become annoying especially at bed time. This is out of the hotel control. The hotel rooms are very well isolated, but the vibration sound can not be isolated, but is it acceptable.
