I’ve stayed at this hotel many times since it opened, and overall it’s an excellent place. The location is good, the rooms are clean, and the staff is consistently professional—just what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. However, I’ve noticed a significant increase in pricing over the years. During the off-season, rates have nearly doubled, and in high season, prices can be three to four times higher than they used to be. For returning guests, this is quite disappointing. Free parking is advertised and available for hotel guests, which is great, but the hotel also allows non-guests to pay for parking. This makes the parking situation feel less exclusive and sometimes inconvenient, which takes away from the benefit a bit. I usually enjoy using the spa during my stays, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be returning. The pricing has become absurd—almost €150 (even at a discounted rate) for a 90-minute massage that normally costs €200. It’s just not justifiable anymore. Overall, still a solid hotel with many good qualities, but some of the value for money has definitely been lost.

First the location is perfect so close to most of the tourists arras. Secondly the staff is very friendly and specially the guest relation Zenib who followed us from tje day one of booking the room till we reached the hotel and continue the help and support during all stay days. Ali also extended his support in order to let us feel like we are at home. The hotel is clean and the room is wide enough for my family. The parking is available all the time

The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. Rooms were very well eqipped and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety. The Spa had separate access for women and men which was very helpful. Zineb the Guest Relationship Manager was very helpful. She was always available to help and ensured all our requirements were met. The Concierge Manager was also great.

Apart from Zineb & the Concierge Manager English was very limited amongst the staff. Other than that I didn’t have any problems

Your level of care and service was beyond expectations and was greatly appreciated. I absolutely love coming to Turkey because the hospitality is great, the people are lovely, and it goes without saying the breathtaking views! My only regret is that I did not stay longer! Insha’Allah next time I will come back to Doubletree Hilton hotel for much longer and to experience your hospitality once again thank you. The wedding hall next door is also a beautiful and elegant venue. The cleanliness, facilities, and restaurants were great value for money. The owner of the gift shop is a lovely gentleman, however it is closed on Sundays so bear that in mind. The location is also a great distance into town. Overall 10/10. Personally the location was good for me as I wanted to be in Istanbul but not close to the tourist sites as it gets extremely busy and noisy in them areas. This area was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was amazing, they have literally everything. The hotel has a gym, pool and spa which was really good. Customer service was excellent. Zineb who is the guest relations manager was fantastic, she made sure our stay was comfortable and kept in regular contact for any of our requirements. Ahmet who was at the Spa reception was amazing, he made sure I was taken care of at the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, I had my 1 yr old son with me and they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room which we definitely needed due to the little one running around! The room service was great and food was available 24/7, I would say a little on the pricey side but very delicious. Taxis are available outside on the main road most of the times, you can always ask reception if you needed one.

There were a few issues at the Rose spa with a certain lady at the reception not sure why she was in a mood. Kind of ruined the experience

Aşkim, the concierge manager, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. Zeinab, the head of guest relations, exuded warmth and professionalism. Dalma from the catering team with her infectious smile that brightened each interaction. One aspect that stood out was the constant, inviting aroma that enveloped the hotel. It created an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury, leaving a lasting impression. Every detail was attended to, making my time there truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for a refined and memorable stay.

Initially, I was concerned about the lack of nearby shops, but to my surprise, there were plenty within walking distance. The presence of "Axis Mall," a large shopping destination with numerous shops and cafes, added to the convenience. Taxis lined up across the road from the hotel, and quick services like Uber or BI Taxi ensured swift transportation, making exploring the area hassle-free.

The rooms were super comfy and spacious, Mr Zineb Zaid from customer releations was super helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel staff were very helpful, and even stored our extra luggage while we travel to Antalya and back. The breakfast is amazing, gym is amazing and everything about this hotel is amazing. Definitely recommed to other travels as meets all expections and needs....by the way taxi park right outside for convience.

Breakfast super. Zineb was kind and asking if there are anything wrong or that they can do better. Most of the staff are friendly. Spa and gym is very good and exceptional. Spa not mixed so good point as I stayed in different hotel in istanbul and Spa is mixed.

I booked double room and asked for early check-in. When we arrived the receptionist told us our room is not ready and he can upgrade the room to family room and he can check in but we have to pay extra so I said no then we left our luggage and returned at check-in time and we were offered the family room because there wasn’t any double room. So receptionist only told us the check in is at 3pm and our room will be ready but from the beginning he knows there are only family rooms available and they have one ready but he wants us to pay extra and when we refused then he made us wait from morning till check in time. It was very bad thing to do

Amazing customer service. Better than other hotels which are rated to be 4 start but are in building and no where near 2 star. Also, close to local Axis mall so you can easily get fast food at local prices instead of tourist rates . Great staff at breakfast

Nothing really. It’s worth the price . Just on thing I would changes is the hot food section in the breakfast. Maybe at the continental touch such as English breakfast: baked bea, hash brown, fried mash room etc.
