The breakfast was good, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. There was also a free airport transfer, which was good. The rooms were spacious.

The indoor common areas are kept very cold with air conditioning at 23 degrees while outside is also 23-24 degrees. It was freezing, and energy was consumed unnecessarily. Also, the room was cold but they gave us a heater which helped a lot. In our room the bathroom was not clean when we arrived there was leftover soap stuck around and shampoos. The Pool area was closed so we couldn't use it. In the small cafe in the lobby the owner I guess (male) was rude as he said we could not sit there very aggressively which we did not know we could not sit since it is a reception area.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for me. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, true hospitality. They offered free pick up and drop off from the airport. The room looked exactly the same as photo. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and during my stay it was delivered to the room due to Ramadan. Considered the quality offered the hotel is great value. The location in Salmiya is a little bit far from the city, but I think this area itself is interesting to explore and there are a lot of restaurant and shopping options. It’s also easy to go to the center with very frequent bus connections.

The Front desk staff were really excellent Marwane, was really professional and very kind. The other front desk staff were also all very nice. The room and view, bathroom was really good and nice. Very clean. Really appreciate the shuttle pick up and drop off to the airport. And very good communication from the hotel and manager during booking.

Breakfast was not good, compared to other hotels with the same level, unfortunately this was not up to standard. Food was unappealing and needed more western options. My room had an ashtray and unfortunately, assume it was a smoking floor the smell of cigarettes did come into my aircon during the time I was there and this was not good. I think they should ask at check in, if you want a smoking or non-smoking floor / room.

I really enjoyed my stay at dolphin international hotel. The staff was very welcoming. They organised for me airport shuttle which made me feel safe and comfortable. There’s a big variety of dishes at breakfast: fresh omelettes, waffles as well as typical Middle Eastern options. The only thing I was missing was a good coffee, as it’s only Nescafé. Room was spacious and I had a beautiful view on Kuwait from 11th floor. The location is very good, close to many shops, restaurants as well as walking area - promenade by the sea.

Spacious room and toilet. Amazing views from my room. Hearty breakfast served in the room because it was Ramadan. Wifi worked well. Quiet room. There is a shuttle to the airport included in the price of your room. Located in a nice area, close to the Scientific Center and about 2 km from Marina Beach.

There was a misunderstanding with my pick-up at the airport. I arrived at the airport and I didn't see anyone so I had to take a taxi, The hotel driver called me on Whatsapp but I didn't have Internet and I didn't see his call. Perhaps they should consider that some travelers don't have Internet connection and resort to the old-fashioned but effective sign with the hotel name written. Although the room looks fantastic, the finishings of construction around the shower faucet and toilet were bad, like there was a hole in the wall. The mattress has an inclination. Perhaps an additional seat would be useful so that people don't sit on the edge of the mattress and modify its shape with time.

Every thing was very good and the staffs also was very kind and helpful I give special thanks for Mr. Marwan the staff in the Reception he was very very kind helpful thank you for helping us in every think the. The hotel location is perfect everything was great the rooms were clean and nice customer service was great in the restaurant and hotel. Thanks for all hotel staffs:)

One recommendation from my side that the food of the restaurant was not good there is no difference choice that we can eat it we repeated kind of food there was some food that I recommend to have frites in breakfast like watermelon and others thank

Very clean overall and bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and polite including those in the breakfast area, reception and overall. The breakfast was served with respect, smile and a huge variety of tasty food. Location of the breakfast area was very nice with views outside buildings and the sea. The room was fairly good size with all the necessary facilities and was cleaned daily. The hotel provided a free pick and drop from the airport and the drivers were very helpful and polite. I had an incident where I forget my belongings at the reception and the receptionist went beyond his limits to help me out to ensure I get my belongings back. I'm very thankful to him.

The hotel is still new and they are working on providing the gym facility and the swimming pool. There is nothing else I can think of improvement.

Location: is very good, meddle of Salmiya, near to markets, restaurants and shopping centers. Vew: partial view on sea and Salem Mubarak Street. Breakfast : was good.

1- Bedroom bellow is very thick and not comfortable. 2- Hotel rooms doors opening and closing sound very high which can disturbed us while sleeping. especially housekeeping stuff and breakfast morning time.

When you enter the hotel, you are greeted by the warm demeanour and smiles of the people at the reception. They picked me up from the airport and took me to the airport. It was a nice experience. They didn't have a single room. They gave me a suite room for the price of a single room. Their breakfast was very tasty. In general, it was an experience that I was satisfied. If I come again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
