Delivery time is more for the requested services. Hospitality must be improved There is no person availably to help to carry the languages. and requested the carry service, even waiting 45 minutes no response from hotel which is very very bad

A late but well deserved review. We would like to thank Mr. Basheer Al Masry for the very welcoming and very special service we received. The hotel staff were very helpful, the room and suite amenities were nicely done, spacious, and were very comfortable. The restaurant’s food was tasty, and there were various options. The hotel was within close proximity of all popular landmarks.

Great service, amaaaazing room and panoramic views too! The whole suite was windows, loved the view! Staff were absolutely spectacular, very kind, courteous, and welcoming.

Bathtub could have been cleaner. The bed is comfy but the covers are waaaaay to thick, to the point that you get overheated when you sleep. We had the AC set on 18 degrees, so it was pretty cold inside the suite, but even with that, it was way too hot when we went to sleep.

Wonderful staff, good location, understanding family requirements, Ms. Fulla from reservation extremely helpful, she one of the reasons I choice this hotel. The rooms and suites are the best in term of size and comfort. Thanks to all staff

The construction next to hotel is annoying specially at night. Lighting in room wasn’t good enough, and the certain in some room not close will which allows the light in the morning to come into

The hotel staff were lovely and approachable, always willing to help. They allowed us to check in early without extra charge, which we were grateful for. The room was ready upon arrival and the extra camp bed was also ready. The breakfast was 10/10, various of dishes, the canteen was spacious and chefs were smiley and welcoming. Food tasted amazing, nothing to fault. Housekeepers kept the rooms clean and tidy. The view from our room was breathtaking.

I had a great view of the city and Kuwait Towers. The beds are super comfy. I liked how helpful the staff were. I had breakfast included, which was a yummy buffet style with a fresh egg station. I booked a massage in the spa with Nilu, and it was one of the best massages I’ve had with hot stone, very relaxing. Will be visiting again.

The view in this hotel is very nice! The staff from the valet to the reception to the room are really friendly and respectful. The design is mixed between modern and classic which is really nice. The rooms are really spacious. The room service is fantastic Everything in this hotel and the staff are amazing

Recommendation: Add more people to work in the valet parking because they are short staffed & the bathrooms in the room need more cleaning.

The location of the hotel is great, it offers you plenty of places to visit nearby. Plus, the view was remarkable

The loud music coming from the pool and the construction going on up front. Not very pleasant if you’re planning on having a relaxing stay.
