Everything was excellent. Every single staff member was highly friendly, welcoming, and offered to help by any means. The hotel is super clean, and I mean spotless. The bed sheets and towels were extremely clean and fresh. Housekeeping was efficiently fast and neat. Best hotel we’ve been to in Kuwait so far, it is a 4 start hotel, but it exceeds the cleanliness and services offered by many other 5 star hotels!! The highlight was the free upgrade without even asking!! Simply amazing.

We love the room.. it is very clean and modern furniture.. elegant style..thanks to special attention of Ms.Nour from.reception, very attentive staff from housekeeping, pool is clean and safe special deligths from Management and to Ms Lovella, they have 2parts of lobby which i like with different kind of art collection and painting that add accent to the lobby and add to the interest of my mini cupcake to arts, A small starbucks is a plus, and in room tv with youtube and netflix access. All in all is an excellent choice, actually the room are big... i can recommend to my other family and friends. Thank you.. hopefully we will be back

Room needed to be dusted ( curtains and closet, I have asthma so I am very sensitive to dust ) Bed sheet, wallpaper , and curtains had perforations Stain on the pillow fabric ( it’s a clean pillow but the stain stayed after washing ) Towels too dry ( need to add fabric softener ) Doors don’t have any noise insulation Single travelers should have a section of rooms away from the rooms or suites that have been reserved by people with children Stains of oily substance on bed-frame leather and the bench in front of the bed Random knocking noises travel through walls

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The reception team was very kind and helpful, and I appreciate that they upgraded my booking.

The parking space was very limited, and I had to park my car in a sunny area. Additionally, I had planned to have dinner at the Lebanese restaurant, but unfortunately, there was no non-smoking area available.

Our stay was for one night, and we had a great experience. Check-in was quick, and the room was spacious with ample wardrobe space and a large bathroom. The staff were attentive, and the ground-floor swimming pool was clean and pleasant. Checkout was fast and smooth. Excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

The parking can be a challenge during the weekend at night.

The staff here were by far the friendliest and most welcoming of any hotel I've stayed at recently. The rooms are very nice. It's very close to the main corniche and they also have great breakfast. They also have a lounge with food at the top food which has a nice view of the city and was also quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here and when I return I will stay nowhere in Kuwait but here!

we stayed here for two nights and the hotel was absolutely above our expectation. from the moment we checked in till the very end, the staff were very very friendly and the customer service surpassed all hotels before. it was super clean, and everything was just lovely. the reception Manesh, bell boy and especially the manager were so accommodating to us and our difficult flight times. they made our stay so comfortable. will definitely stay here again when I come back

Swiss-Belboutique Bneid Al Gar Kuwait with Starbucks at the ground. Great location, friendly staff and they were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Lovely well maintained facilities and the room was big, clean and tidy with good value for money considering the central location and plenty to do around the place. They have their own Starbucks coffee shop at the ground floor inside the hotel.

This has been my go to hotel to book whenever any friend visits Kuwait. The staff are always so helpful and accommodating. I can not recommend this place enough if you ever need a hotel thats both affordable, is in a good location, and actually cares about the quality of service you get. The area has easy access to two main roads and offer a lot of parking spaces so driving is never a hassle. They have smart TV’s that have streaming apps and mirroring. The first time I stayed there, they helped arrange a birthday for my friend in their rooftop cafe and it went better than I even expected. I also stayed in several different rooms; each one was spacious in its own way! Housekeeping is also very thorough and helpful. Special thanks to the front office manager, mahmoud, for always giving us the best experience and ensuring everything is perfect whenever a concern was raised.

Lights are a little confusing to operate but got the hang of it by the third stay.
