property was phenomenal and luxurious. of course this entire facility would have been the same without the the amazing staff. The reception was amazing, Mr.Adel was very elegant in his treatment with us, never had such treatment in any hotel that I visited before. The swimming staff were super nice with us too. Oka made the experience there more than amazing. he provided us with alot of complimentary drinks and fruits and was always there for any requests. Pereira and Farhan were also as nice in the swimming pool. overall the experience was exquisite and I would love to see this treatment continue throughout the future.

The in spa faculty were not as nice and a little dry to deal with.

 The room and everything inside the bedsheets, the sofa, the ground, all very clean  the view from the room either side of the hotel building was so amazing. The amenities of the hotel were exceptional. room service whenever you order food it was so precise with with delivering your order.  I like the technology about ordering anything such as room service, requesting dining removal, housekeeping … etc. Highly recommended, and I want to stay was above expectation  .

the staff were really friendly specially the once’s working at the pool and shesha lounge . they were so helpful and friendly . plus the hotel Wi-Fi was really good and strong and cover every single corner in the hotel .

- they only provide the basic things at your room any other additional item you want you have to ask for it even if it was free . such as shaving kit , hair brush etc .. - I ask them to get me a cartoon box to help me sort my stuff before leaving and they want it to charge me for that cartoon box so I didn’t take it . - nothing to drink or eat ( complimentary ) except the normal water and coffee inside the room . - sometimes the housekeeping take there time to get you what you ask for it . - one afternoon while napping I woke up because they were doing some maintenance the floor above us and it was really loud and last for like 15 mints .

The Hotel was very clean and luxurious with nice reception at the time of arrival, the gym is one of the best I’ve ever been as in hotel gym, I liked the indoor pool, the room service was quick and tidy.

The location is not the best but it’s acceptable, the price is quite high, When I wanted to check out the receptionist took long time with the other customer, the other receptionist was not quick as well so I couldn’t check out properly so I just left the key and left.

Everything was perfect and my children love it

- The Room was great and comfortable, - The staff was helpful. - There are 2 swimming pool one Indoor close at 11 P.M The other pool located outside and its open 24H but the service for the pool close at 6 P.M. - The hotel located in the middle of Kuwait City, So little bit far a way from the beach.

The Food are very expansive in the hotel, I try the Italian restaurant the food was not so special more then normal and was so expansive.

the size of the room and the design was perfect, the location was nice near the newest mall in Kuwait "ALAsimah mall" the breakfast was delicious and highly recommended. also there was a STARBUCKS RESERVE specialty coffee :) the staff was friendly

you need to book for SPA long time before you need very busy schedule. I dislike the coffee machine in the room

A nice mix of indoor and outdoor restaurants The rooms are immaculate they get cleaned multiple times a day excellent service

More guest only areas are needed More spa relaxation areas, steam room sauna areas would be nice

The Spa, Al Bandar Cafè & element restaurant was amazing

We have brought a take out food and the room service took it away. One of the staff mentioned if we wanted an upgrade to our booked room. We said no, thank you. But still kept pressing more than 3 times to see a suite saying it is only for an extra 50% more which was annoying.

Starting from reception they were super friendly and helpful specially that guy his name Angelo he did me a huge favor for checkout on 2pm. The room more than amazing, spacious, super comfy bed, everything was sanitized very well. If u just got married just tell the reception and they’ll hook u up with nice setting with flowers on bed and small cake for free. Oh and don’t forget to try their outdoor pool with every hour free treats also i do recommend the indoor pool as well. On floor 21st there is a two fine dining restaurant the Italian restaurant and the Asian restaurant highly recommend to go for it but you have to book for it before one day.
