Staff (Hussain, Shirbl, coaches in spa facilities, dining staff, and others), fast check in & check out, breakfast, location, spa facilities (sauna, steam room and swimming pool), gym, near grocery stores, barbershops, and exchange facilities. It was very easy to find taxis near the hotel. I chose this specific hotel, since it is the only one, in Beirut , that has a large indoor swimming pool. This helps to easily practice swimming during the winter season. I thank the management for their hospitality and kind help during my stay. Sure will come again to enjoy this nice city, if God willing.

The noise came from outside (motorbikes and construction work). The management helped by switching me to another suite, but it has no balcony like the first one. However, I again faced another challenge because there was a leak in the suite from the ceiling that last for two night, during which I couldn’t sleep well, since I was working to solve the problem by putting towels and small bin to hold the noise and water. The workers came the next day and fixed the problem. Thanks to the management and workers for their kind help and support.

Hotel room was very nice with a giant TV. The bathroom was big and had a nice powerful shower. The breakfast was pretty decent - I especially liked their a la carte options.

I think may people mentioned that the spa/pool has very strange closing times - closed completely on Sunday and early on Saturday. We booked this hotel especially for the jacuzzi as we were doing some hiking the a few days before and wanted to help sore muscles, but when we went, the jacuzzi was closed with no explanation. The hotel sent me many emails after I booked, so it would be nice if they could have informed me if a major part of the spa was closed so I could at least have the choice to book elsewhere.

5 years ago I stayed at the Radisson Blu Martinez. I decided to stay again this time since the location is great and the hotel is very nice too. But I must say that this stay, has exceeded my expectations for many reasons. The hotel staff has made me feel like family and looked after me in every sense, even when I got sick. I was given an upgrade in my room and access to the business lounge. I need to give a special mention to thank these wonderful people for their kindness, the lovely Rita, Ali, Hadi, Haidar and Abed. You all made my stay so much better ❤ Anything I ever needed was immediately covered. The rooms are comfy and clean. The Spa area is beautiful and the service is exceptional. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was immediately apparent, as everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the comfort of my room. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. I found myself looking forward to returning to my room after a long day of exploring the city. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the reception staff, particularly Hadi. Hadi's professionalism and high level of client orientation were truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible, offering helpful recommendations. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The combination of comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding customer service, especially from Hadi, made my stay truly comfortable. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is the perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

All staff were very helpful beginning from the front desk to the excellent house keepers. We would like to specifically thank Mr Ali Abdullah for the exceptional customer experience he delivered where he went the extra mile to make sure that we are satisfied. His empathetic and friendly personality made us feel very welcomed and cared for throughout the entire stay. Also, special thanks to Rita at the front desk and Aziz in Olivos for their genuine cooperation. We definitely consider coming back and surely highly recommend this hotel.

Lack of variety in breakfast Would have preferred a roof at the balcony as it was raining most of the time

good location, applied genius grade and they did upgrade for us, lovely staff specially Nadim, despite the situation in Lebanon they provided electricity 24hours

the lady responsible for the swimming pool was not lovely and a little bit vulgar

Spotlessly clean, spacious room made for a comfortable stay. Free upgrade to a business room by the very friendly staff. Electricity was constantly available and the wifi signal was strong, with only an occasional small delay. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is centrally located, a stone's throw away from the corniche and around 30' on foot from all major downtown attractions. Taxis are very cheap if ordered through apps and get you anywhere in no time.

The pool is closed on Sundays.

The staff would go above and beyond to help find a solution for anything. From finding the best place to deliver food to the hotel, to changing the room for more comfortable beds immediately. Service is quick. The location is superb, only a 10 min walk to Zaytunay bay, where you find the nicest cafés while enjoying the view.

The extra bed we had wasn't comfortable at all but we got the room changed to another one with 2 Queen size beds instead

The staff was very nice and helpful, room was spacious and also a vegan found plenty to eat in the breakfast buffet. The pool was a nice size.

For us the major downers were that pool + gym are not open on Sundays, and that on Saturday mornings and weekday afternoons the pool is used for children's swimming classes. These swimming classes are for non-guests and I find it annoying that paying guests are not able to enjoy this facility during those times. Technically you are allowed to enter the pool, but is impossible to have a nice swim among the hordes of kids taking over the pool. We didn't find out about the swimming classes until we went down to the pool area in our swimming gear, only to find out you can't really swim there with the class happening.

The hotel is perfectly located to some of Beirut’s good attraction. Despite the relatively dated furniture, the junior suite we got was quite clean and well organized to accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. Hotel staff is among the best I’ve seen. They were overly friendly, supportive and accommodating of all our special needs. I’ll definitely consider Radisson Blue Martinez Beirut in my future visits.
