Considering the currect situation in Beirut, this was an excellent hotel. As there's hardly any electricity from the government, the hotel has its own 2 generators. They do fall out a view times a day, but get on real quick - it didn't bother us at all. The guys at the reception are very friendly and helpfull. Our room 206 was nice. Good beds, though pillows a bit fluffy. Bathroom is small but convenient, shower is very nice. Breakfast is Lebanese and will be delivered to your room (dont know why). ' Location is also excellent, very close to Zaitunay Bay. Next door is a money change store, which you need as ATM's most of the time don't work. Supermarkets and other shops are at the same street. Be aware of current situation in Lebanon. Let it not withold you from visiting though, as the country is beautiful, and the people very nice, and they need the income (cash money, preferrably) from tourists.

Bring cash money, USD or EUR, as you probably won't get any money from the ATM's. You can exchange it for Lebanese pounds at exchange offices (next door to the hotel). There is a plumbing issue, causing the toilet make a hell of a noise. Bit annoying, if your neighbor flushes in the middle of the night... Reported it to the desk, they will take care of that. For that reason, I give a 9 instead of a 10.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and kind. The hotel is quite nice and modern, and the room itself was clean and very comfortable. The location is pretty good since you're next to the Zaitunay bay (and hence just within a short walk to downtown Beirut) and also in the street where the hotel is located you can find a supermarket with good variety of products. Even though is a busy street in terms of traffic at night I didn't have any problem to sleep.

The Wifi was really terrible. I don't know if it was hotel's fault, or if it was because of the crisis situation in Lebanon. But I'd advice other travellers to make sure to buy a SIM card in order to be able to use internet.

Simply put, the service was amazing. The staff were beyond exceptional, particularly Rowwad in Reception and the busboys. Room service for drinks and ice was great, and the prices were quite reasonable. The location is great, close to the airport and the highway for those who will get out of the city, yet within 10-15 min walk to the famous neighborhoods. Highly recommend the place.

Room service was limited to drinks as there is no kitchen, they only serve breakfast in the room. However tbh, with Lebanese cuisine two steps away who cares for hotel food? Additionally, the reception informed us that we can order from anywhere with their assistance or they can send a runner to get us food from nearby.

The staff at the front desk and the support crew were beyond amazing and helpful. I liked the quick response for our requests. It was very easy to get transportation in front of the hotel. We felt safe to move around at night. The rooms are very clean. Generators to provide electricity were 24 hours, plus soft water in a country that struggles with its basic needs.

The room window opens to the a small lot, which is the back alley. Our view was the compressors of other air conditioners. When we take showers, the water seeps into the floor due to poor calking.

The staff were beyond friendly. The rooms were adorable and very clean. Location is superb..was an absolutely beautiful stay overall. Will definitely repeat it again. Special thanks to Mohamed who we had an extreme joy talking to, giving us insights on Lebanon and Lebanese people :)

The room was really tiny..so it's either you open your bags or you walk freely :D we also ordered a baby crib but realized there was literally no space to move our feet so we had to return it. It would have been amazing if there was a pool.

Outstanding and hospitality. They provided 24/7 Free valet parking. , Issam,Mohammad, and Ali went out of there way to make sure our stay is enjoyable. We liked the location, we booked for another four nights. It is walking distance from Zeitouna Bay, Manara Boardwalk, and Hamra street. It is a straight highway drive from the airport. I have a rental car from the airport and Google took me straight to it in 10 minutes.

Noise level from other guests who were a bit roust, but manageable.

The Beverly Hotel is right on Zaytouni Bay and has been refurbished to a really high standard. We stayed in a suite and it was far bigger and more spacious than we expected. Both teh living room and bedroom had a blacony which was very nice. The bathroom was well designed. The staff are all incredibly well trained, diligent and really want you to enjoy your stay with them - first class service!

Only our thoughts, but the living room felt slightly crowded with 2 x 2seater sofa's. 1 x 2 seater and an arm chair / 2 armchairs would open the space up completely but really, this is only our thoughts. There is no restaurant facility but given that you are so close to all of the options of Zaytouni Bay, this is a minor quibble.

Professional and friendly staff. Clean room with a nice balcony, with a modern design. The bed was very comfortable. The shower has nice pressure and temperature. It's a short walk to the Corniche, Zaitunay Bay, and a supermarket. Thanks to the staff for a lovely stay ☺️ overall very good value hotel.

Bathroom could be upgraded to feel more modern, it looked worn and dated. Not a negative: a flyer explaining some things (e.g. what is the VAPE, disposing toilet paper, etc). might be helpful 🙂
