I stayed here recently as I am in Kaunas for surgery. As a lone female travelling and staying alone I felt very very safe staying at The Radison. I could not be happier with my stay, the staff were so helpful, the room was very clean and quiet and everything provided for a very comfortable stay. Thank you Radison, I am back tomorrow after my surgery and I hope to enjoy my second stay with you.

Perhaps a little pricier than I would have liked to have spent, rooms a little on the small side. I would have like an armchair in the room rather than a small stool.

The best Radisson hotel which I have stayed in owing to the vinyl flooring and how clean the room was. I have never liked the carpet flooring in hotels which are bacterias and germs traps which are rarely wet cleaned. Vinyls are very strong and durable materials which are easy to clean. The room's air quality is much better without carpets. I hope that the Radisson will make the path for the big brands like Marriot, Hilton, Accor and IHG, set a new bar in the hotel's industry and get them to shift towards to vinyl flooring.

The beds in Radisson vary by hotels. Some are too soft others too hard but in this hotel it was perfect. Nevertheless, the pillow was too hard. Better to have two softer pillows. Would also like to see the headboard with a non textile material then I would have given the hotel my 10 points.

Obviously location is perfect, breakfast was good, staff friendly hotel pretty new. We liked it is located in old town, so actully could go for a walk everywhere. Many coffee shops and bars are near by.

This was family stay in Kaunas and actually even bigger room ordered, but it is pretty small for 4 persons (this is typical for Radisson), lobby was pretty empty and small too. Somehow feels need some live in hotel. Paid parking is not a surprise, but parking area is located for a few minutes drive.

Right from the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warm and friendly welcome made me feel right at home. Their exceptional hospitality added a personal touch to my stay that is truly commendable. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident, and the thoughtfully designed room ensured a comfortable and relaxing stay. The cozy ambiance was a welcome retreat after a long ride.

However, the noise issue was a notable drawback that affected my ability to fully enjoy my stay. I hope the hotel considers investing in better soundproofing solutions to enhance the overall guest experience

I booked a single room and it came with a super comfortable king size bed, which I liked very much! The room itself wasn't very big, but I spent most of the time in the bed anyway, and had the best sleep in a while. Great blackout curtains! The location was convenient at the end of the long pedestrian street with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good with some fun options (waffle maker).

The temperature in my room was very cold. The front desk staff told me to put the settings on full speed and 25 degrees and then it got slightly warmer. I spent most of the time under the cozy blankets anyway. During my stay, the hotel was undergoing some renovations. I believe breakfast was not served in the normal room and fitness/sauna was unfortunately closed.

The hotel is quite new and the facilities are modern. The room was ideal for one person who is not going to spend too much time inside.The bed was comfortable. The location is on the limits of old town and there is bus stop right outside the entrance.

The windows of the room, are not opening. The ventilation system was doing its job fine, but there was a white noise. After some minutes, the ears are adapting and you don't get disturbed. But I would prefer to be able to disable it for a small amount of time and be able to open the window.

I especially loved the central location of the hotel and the perfect connectivity with the airport and the railway station - both are easily accessible by the local public transport. The room was very clean, the staff polite, service-minded and even friendly. The bed was comfortable, I could sleep with a window open and didn't hear any noise from the outside. Stayed there for a second time and will definitely come back! :)

If there's one thing that could be improved it would be to make the corridors more cosy and recognizable, now they look the same and it is easy to get lost :)

Very comfortable, lovely hotel bang in the centre of town. Lovely breakfast options for both vegetarians and non vegeterians.

The parking situation was not great. Found it very confusing - you have only limited parking within the hotel grounds and some close by. However, the payment is to be taken by the app (foreign bank accounts and phone number does not work) or via a pay machine, which is located in an opposite street round the corner. This process should really be looked at by the hotel, and the receptionist should at least offer to help out with it all or just take the payment and do it themselves or ask the bell boy to do it. Just a slight annoyance, but really takes away from the experience. Also, we travelled as a family and everyone's IDs had to be taken for each room, which is not standard. Took some time, and, once again, took something away from the experience.

I would give it 10/10. Me and my son had a excellent trip due to the hotel we stayed this time. The location is great, central and easy to go to the shopping mall, old town, good restaurants and etc. The hotel have been renovated recently and it looks more modern & stylish. The room we stay was junior suit, new, clean, bright and cozy, with a big & comfortable bed, a big TV, a small living area. We asked for a potty for the kid and they provided us immediately. The room was warm enough for the winter/early spring time. Just one thing, it might be a bit too dry during the night when you sleep, so my suggestion would be to drink some water before sleep. I found my skin & throat were a bit too dry after woke up. The breakfast was awesome, we were offered like a fest, with salmon, pancakes, fresh juice, sandwiches, fresh fruit and etc, I suggest to include breakfast when booking a room. We will come back again!

Could be more fun if the TV would have Netflix, Youtube

We stayed in a family room. Kids loved the bunk beds. Breakfast was excellent. Reception and check-in were super efficient. As always in Radisson hotels, the beds are comfy! Location is great and the parking facility very good.

During our stay, there was a refurbishment and some maintenance going on. However, this did not cause any inconvenience to us. Additionally, we were updated about the situation prior to our arrival, so it did not come as a surprise.
