The hotel is in perfect location, the enterior is high quality, staff was very helpful and breakfast was very delicious.

There were no robes and slippers in the room which surprised us. Although the staff in the reception have easily sorted this issue. Also, the complimentary sauna was only open from 18:00 till 23:00 which is very incovenient. We wanted to use it after breakfast, but it was closed. Moreover, radisson website advises sauna’s opening time is 18:00-00:00, so the information online isn’t up to date.

I am use to stay at this radisson everythime I have to visit my clients in kaunas so I was already totally aware about quality of this hotel; I really like the global high standard of spaces ( room, gym, lobby ) and the breakfast is very high standard.

After many positive experiences, this time I had the bad luck to meet with a very unpolite girl at reception who should change her work as she in not the right person to have direct contact with client. I spent everymorning discussing about parking while she was "busy" watching youtube videos at reception....very very unprofessional...

Very close to the heart of the city, parking is near by, you can reach Zalgirio arena just by walking. I like breakfast (fresh juice, very good coffe mashine).

The hotel quite old, rooms are extreamly small. I didn’t have good view from room’s window. I like to make tea before going bed, for this I was needed to use espresso caps, as no bigger cups in the room, but hotel offers the tea bags. It is strange. Be careful with parking: it is much cheapper to pay for parking in the hotel (8eur/day), but before drive out local parking system can ask you to pay different price, much more bigger, as no integration between parking system and hotel parking reservation - you will need to call parking help or ask to call them on hotel reception with purpose they accept hotel reservation and then manually adjust the amount you need to pay on exit parking. Too complicated, or not?

Room was as expected for a Radisson - very good. Bathroom good, well appointed. Breakfast was Excellent - genuinely the best range of cuisine I have ever seen at a hotel PLUS they will make you a specific dish if you don't fancy the buffet or continental style. I had eggs benedict several times - I was approached by the server and asked if I would like something not displayed - very impressive!

I travelled to Kaunas for a medical procedure on my knee, for a few days I was severely restricted in my movement (on crutches) I would have been good if there was a room service menu for food instead of having to order take-away deliveries. Restaurant menu a little limited when you are there for 10 days, but food excellent.

Everything was really good, spacious room, flatscreen tv, tasty breakfast, location. Although we got twin bed instead of double which was requested, but we asked to join the beds, and receptionist imediatelly called a colleague and fixed this issue for us.

It was a new years eve, and we were unlucky to have neighbours who was listening to the music really loud all night so it was really hard to sleep. We were thinking about calling the reception but decided not to, and I believe we did a good thing because when I told this while checking out, receptionist told me we should have called so they could change our room. I wouldn't be happy to change my room at 3am in my pjs being 26 weeks pregnant and with our stuff all over the room. So it was weird for me - because they wouldn't do anything about people who was breaking the rules. Or maybe there is no rule? It definitely sounded like a party.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were very helpful to my needs The staff were accommodating. I booked the hotel for 17 nights with breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety to choose from. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and helped me when I needed I also had evening meals there most nights. The food was very nice and the menu well thought out.

When I booked I could not find any rooms available for someone needing assistance. I really needed a disability room for the higher toilet etc. I managed in the normal room but it would have been better in the correct room.

We went for one night as a group for a Christmas Day/night out. Great location -walking distance to many bars and main nightlife, clean spacious room, smells nice in the premises, good facilities with spa etc, good check out time We arrived at 11am and the lady at reception (trainee receptionist, can’t remember name) kindly let us check in early which massively improved our stay as we were able to get ready and go straight away.

Shower/bath needed some TLC. Also very low roofs. I am 6’8 and could not stand in the corridors. But I think that’s more of a me problem.

We stayed in Radisson for the second time and recommended for our friends and family to choose this hotel. Everything was great, except the breakfast this - second time. We hope it was some mistake and hotel will get back to the quality and variety level as before.

For the second stay - breakfast at the hotel was not appropriate. No pancakes or waffles, no sweet warm choice for the sweet eaters - especially kids. Apple cake was served frozen - kitchen was in a hurry that day. Crepe was served with meet, however notification said it is with quark, so we put chocolate sauce and tried. But the first visit was great and the breakfast was awesome. I hope that May kitchen had just a bad day.

Staff very helpful. Location is amazing. Breakfast is very good. I fully recommend.
