Good location and room size. Amazing breakfast and staff working in the property.

There was an incident in the hotel that in the morning the electricity was gone, hot water as well did not reach the apartment. After the checkout hotel management called me to cover the remaining part of the stay (as card reader did not work as well). I asked them about hotel policy for compensation and then the tone changed. I was not only talked to rudely and inappropriately but also called liar and threatened not to be allowed in hotel anymore. Very disappointing experience.

This was our second time staying at Baltic Inn in Palanga, Lithuania. We stayed for 1 week and were incredibly impressed with this hotel. We were visiting with family; in total there were 11 of us, spread across 3 different rooms. I do not have a single complaint about Baltic Inn. The breakfast is absolutely delicious - different options daily with a wide variety of Eastern European cuisine. Lots of kid-friendly options and the staff are constantly topping up. Staff are incredibly helpful, even heated up my brother’s milk daily for his cereal. We stayed in room 402 which was spacious and was fitted with all mentioned appliances. The bathroom was so large and featured a giant bathtub, shower, toilet, and bidet. Comfy bed and pillows- no complaints. Big balcony with seating and a nice view. There is a lift in the hotel for easy access to rooms upstairs. The staff are so kind! Booked a taxi for us to get back to the airport at 3am. The location is great - lots of nice restaurants and activities nearby. We will definitely come back if we visit Palanga again!

Very good position, very kind and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room ( deluxe room) , wonderful buffet breakfast ( I would recommend to provide additional fruits - pineapple / berries and white natural yogurt)

The hotel in general might need some renovation, the mattress for us was a bit too soft. Bathroom was quite small. Private parking is really convenient, but not very big. In high season there might be luck of available spots.

I really like the location of the hotel, the sea, the centre and the park was all nearby, but the it was still in a quite place. I also like the breakfast and the staff was really pleasant and professional.

I did not like that there was no soundproofing - I could here fellow guests talking both on the same floor and in the room upstairs.

I booked a suite which off season was excellent value. It was huge and had a brilliant bathroom. On site parkihg was a real help at the very busy weekend..

The bed was great but the other living area furniture was a little jaded The TVs were as good as useless, being very small and only carrying the local 'freeview' package with no smart TV elements which is now rare in Lithuania. However WiFi was fine so I reverted to my iPad.

The location was great for bars and restaurants and walks and cycling. The breakfast was amazing and very fresh and a great choice. The bed was comfortable

The balcony glass was dirty we couldn’t see through it. No air con as it was hot in room at night

Great experience with Baltic Inn; very polite and supportive staff, excellent breakfast options, clean room (very considerate cleaners as well!), free beach towels. Hotel is less than 10 min walk from the beach, there is park nearby and plenty of restaurants to try. Loved the kettle in the room too!

Maybe I was unlucky with the room location but wifi was very poor. Forget the streaming or youtube, even simple browsing was near to impossible in "peak" hours.

It's a really cozy hotel with very friendly stuff. Great location, nice bathroom, and excellent cleaning in the rooms.

The room was a bit noisy because of construction nearby, but only during the day.

Breakfast was fantastic (big variety, fresh produce also including fish, different salads, cottage cheese) and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It can be a bit noisy; walls are rather thin. But the very comfortable beds make up for it ;)

Very nice location and good clean rooms. Nice and friendly staff, good view from the rooms. Extra services availabel were quite good choice.

The problem is soundproofing - if anybody speaks on the balcony - you hear it like inside your room - same with bathrooms
