We stayed just 1 night. Location is very good for transit tourists. Also we had a comfortable beds. In the toilet there were: hair dryer,soap, shower gel, 2 glasses, white towels (2 big, 2 small, 1 for legs after shower). Also in the room there is no wardrobe, but there is a special place with hooks and clothes hangers. Also there were 2 fans, but we didn't use it. Breakfast is from 8 till 10: omelet, eggs, porridge, vegetables and fruits, muesli, milk, yogurts, cheese, ham, bread, ecc. Drinks: water, juices, coffee, tea.

The hotel is very close to the station, which is convenient. The staff is nice, the room was ready for us 1.5 h earlier than check-in time, and we didn't need to wait to move in. The view to the city is good. The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The noise isolation is quite good, though the windows cover the whole wall, it was comfortable to sleep at night without earplugs. There is a large TV (having browser, but no youtube or netflix), a hair dryer, wireless chargers, usb sockets (type-c inclusive). The bathroom is also modern and stylish.

It was very cold in the room when we arrived, the room heats with an air conditioner, and as long as it works only when the card is on and it heats long enough, it took about an hour to get the room warmed. To keep the bathroom warm we have to always keep the door to it open, as there is no heating coil in it. And it led to another issue - the towels were always wet. Before arrival I wrote a request for a room with the view to the old city, but received no reply. Only when I checked the room, and asked about it at the reception - I was told that all rooms were occupied. The best option would be to have such a choice of view when booking the room - at a higher price, for example. But all in all it was ok, as the view to the station was nice.

This hotel is very good location and very good price. It's exactly opposite the Macdonald's, where you can make a break between flights by drinking coffee or eating meal. It's next to Bus station, where buses of eurolines. lt leave and come. It's also not very far to the old town, where you can walk to see if you have 3-4 free hours. We had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor number 333 and 335 with view of old town. The receptionists are very nice and helpful people. For the travelers who have flight ✈️ from Vilnius airport, they can take bus number 1 or 2 and go to the airport (or from the airport for the arrivals). It's just about 20 minutes far with 1 euro per person by paying in the bus. Taxi from hotel to airport is 7 euro to call from reception. Rooms are clean with soap liquid in the bathroom and clean towels. I really recommend this hotel and for the location, and for the service, and for the price.

As usual: comfy beds, good bathroom, an opportunity to get a coffee at the reception, great staff. Right next to the train and bus station - perfect to stay overnight when traveling via Vilnius

No sockets by the beds (you can only plug your devices at the table). There were no towels in the room, evidently, some mistake, but I was transiting, so too tired and short of time to sort it out - just managed with mine. In the hot weather the room is a bit hottish and stuffy, no AC. But you can open the window wide at night, so the sleep was comfortable

The Hotel has a great location near the main Bus and Train stations, with one side facing the city center. First and foremost I must praise the staff, they helped us arrange an airport transfer as we had a late evening flight and also answered all our questions in regards to check-out, etc. Overall they were helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was varied enough and the premises where it was held were spacious. The only negative was ongoing reconstruction in the hotel, however it did not interfere much with our stay and the main facilities were accessible. We were lucky to have a room with a view of the city center and it was really great to be able to view all the main tourist attractions before going there physically.

Excellent location near the train and bus stations. Short walk into the old town. Very comfortable double bed and a superb view over the city. Bathroom clean and decent shower.

Went for breakfast at 8am and was told it was busy and I had to wait outside. However, there seemed to be no system for working out who was next able to enter the breakfast room so I went elsewhere. At night, it can be difficult to locate the hotel due to the poor street lighting but this is more of an issue due to the city, rather than the hotel.

I love the breakfast, not in every EU country cottage cheese with strawberry jam is available. Also vegetables and different types of sousegis. Buiskets were lovely too, coffee is nice .Huge choice of tea. Unbelievable value for all this service. Thank you very much and we will be back here again.

Shower tray will be nicer to have in a double, family room , because water unfortunately spiles out on the middle of the bathroom and wet my sock Had to travel with no sock on my left foot 😄😄 But it didn't ruin my stay in a hotel

The hotel is located near the train station, and the center can be reached on foot. by taxi to the airport can be reached in 15 minutes and about 5 euros.24-hour front desk. nice view from the window. The room is clean.

The room was very good - not too small and overlooking the old city which was a rewarding view out of the window in it. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent and the TV had a variety of channels including the Ukrainian and Belarusian (alternative) channels in addition to the national and international ones. The staff at the reception were personable and helpful which I found smashing. The breakfast boasted of a variety of choices and although breakfast had its end at 11 am nobody made any sign to its guests that they had to move out which I found very polite and customer-oriented behaviour. The location is excellent for its closeness to the railway and coach station. The property is in a short stroll from the old town as well.

Very good location, close to the old town. Train station and buses next to the hotel. Delicious breakfast, a good way to start a long day to visit the city. Hotel and rooms very warm and relaxing despite the cold weather outside in winter. Our room was without city view but the receptionist was very kind and professional to find a suitable solution. Check-in earlier than scheduled if the room is already available and cleaned.
