We were a bit nervous before we arrived because we read online that the location of the hotel is not very safe because of junkies loitering in the area. But we were pleasantly surprised because there were a lot of police presence both in the main train station, in small alleyways and even in buses and trams so good job for the police for making the area safe also for tourists. And the adjacent buildings to the hotel were new office buildings and was no longer lined with night clubs which added a good ambience to the area. The staff were friendly and even though the reception desk were not so good in English, she tried her best to communicate. The rooms are spacious and good soundproofing so we could sleep well at night. With Smart TV so we were able to stream on Youtube, etc. A few steps from the Main strain station so it's very convenient as it is also close to supermarkets and plenty of restaurants.

There were no elevators. The shower head is a bit old (permanent/rainshower/above the head/not adjustable) so I guess it would have been better if they upgrade it to the more modern shower heads (dual or handheld) so it would be easier to shower certain areas.

As others have noted, this is a good place to spend the night between trains - because of its location. Staff are very nice. We got turned around trying to find the old town but stumbled upon the Grund neighbourhood and, better yet, an elevator to take us down there. Had a lovely time at Scott's Pub. And then we took the elevator back up and crossed the bridge and walked back to our hotel. Felt safe all the time. Food and drink is expensive but that's true almost everywhere in Europe and Great Britain - for those of us with depressed currencies (every Euro is $1.50 Can). We decided to spend a night in Luxembourg just to say we'd done it but we left wishing we could have stayed longer.

The immediate neighbourhood around the train station and the hotel has little to offer. But you don't have to walk far to find more interesting neighbourhoods.

Good location, hot shower, heaters in both bathroom and room. The cleaning lady is nice and actively helped to replace towels for my second day when I met her ar the reception in the early morning as I refused housekeeping for my first day.

be aware of the check in time is till 11pm. Since my room is at first floor, the window is covered by a gate, no daylight can come in.

It was clean, I liked the closet space, the bed and that towels were provided.

The shower was powerful enough and the shower head was a bit too low in room 41. Also it would have been better if breakfast went till 11.00am.

I stayed here for one night. The hotel staff were all friendly. The room is very spacious and cosy. The bathroom is spacious. Soap is provided in plenty by them. The location is very good, as it is very close to Luxembourg Station.

The hotel is located in an alleyway which at night, is less safe and less comfortable. Many people were shouting and sometimes drinking alcohol. There is no lift. There are only stairs.

Convenient for rail, tram and city centre. On a side street, so in a quiet location. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. Luxembourg hotel prices are expensive when compared to other towns outside the Duchy. The Italian pizzeria/pasta restaurant is on the ground floor, but closed on Wednesdays.

The bathroom radiator in room 31 rattles loudly when turned on and heats up, on a random basis. Not appreciated at 06.25. Apparently this was known to staff but not conveyed to me when checking-in.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating! Our train arrived a bit late, and we arrived 10 minutes after the end of the check-in time. We were able to ring the doorbell and have someone check us in! The hotel also was able to store our luggage when we checked out (you must pick up your luggage outside of their break time) The room was incredibly comfy, spacious, and clean—it exceeded our expectations. The location being near the train station was also really nice for traveling! Warning: there are no elevators and staff can barely speak English, but we made it work!

It is very close to the train station, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The wi fi was spotty.

Noisy, but couldn't be helped, lot of foot traffic or perhaps a gathering point, don't know but that is not the hotel's or its fault.

The room was spacious, heating worked well and check in and check out efficient. Bathroom also a good size and water pressure absolutely fine. We enjoyed our stay. Its just what you need for a short break. Close to the railway station, busses etc. Very convenient location.

On Friday night the street noise until 5am kept us awake. People leaving the nearby clubs. Luckily Sat was much better and we slept well.

Friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out. Room clean and tidy. Nice to have towels that were not the standard white, but multicoloured. Firm bed.

Pillows could be changed, too flat for my taste. Couldn’t turn on the TV, but didn’t bother to phone reception about it (am sure they would have fixed it). Nice change not watching TV 🤗.
