The hotel itself was excellent. The staff were friendly and even made sure I had breakfast to go when I had to leave early on my last day. Very cute as well.

The wifi was unusable. I work remotely and booked a hotel instead of a hostel so I could take a meeting in the evening. The connection was so poor that I was unable to do that without turning on my hotspot on my phone which is very expensive since Luxembourg is not my home country.

I called to book this hotel very last minute and was able to check in early, which was needed for this trip. When I arrived, the staff was very accommodating. There was an issue with the elevator and they brought in someone to fix it immediately. The following day, the lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet in helping me remove lint from my clothes and ensure I was set for my business meeting (She didn't have to do this so, I was very surprised by her eagerness to help). The breakfast was quite good as well (fresh fruit, cereal, warm pastries, confiture, boiled egg, meets etc). The room was very clean. Usually in old buildings like this, I don't expect such cleanliness, but everything was cleaned quite well. The bed was also very comfortable. Moreover, great location just 5 min walk from the gare and lots of access to restaurants and shops on foot.

Given the size of the room and the fact that it's an older building with older facilities etc, I felt like the price was a bit high (120 eur per night). However, this could have been because I booked very late and also the location. The only thing that really bothered me was the shower head. Although the bathroom itself was impeccably clean, the shower head was quite old and had a lot of calc build-up. I think it might need replacing soon. Also, something to note, the room is tiny and there was no view (just of the building across) but I honestly was not bothered by this because I only spent a few hours there. But if the view is important to you, consider looking at the other rooms they offer.

Comfortable room and comfortable bed. My room was lovely and quiet. Great choice at breakfast. Option of an easy 20 minute walk or take the free bus to get to main attractions. Free bus from airport stops 3/4 minute walk from hotel.

Nothing. It is a 20 minutes walk away from the old city but with the free buses it is no problem. I was happy to walk and explore.

Great location, just steps from Train Station where bus nr. 29 arrives from/to airport and opening other alternatives by train, which by the way is free within Luxembourg, same applies to all other public transportation.! Room is small but ratio price/service is high. Breakfast is a really highlight, a great deal of variety including plant based “milk”, good selection of bread, yogurt, fruit, cold meats, 5 stars, when you compare with other options same division. Free coffee/tea at the reception 24/24. The staff , goes that extra mile, very nice, smiling , attentive. Certainly I would return! Recommend to anyone wishing a good price/quality hotel in Luxembourg capital city.

The lift is really small, but it does not affect your stay. TV could be better.

I got upgraded for free (massive thank YOU) so it was wonderful to have a double bed (2 singles) + a balcony, desk and comfy stools within the room. Loved the 2 x bottles of water provided every day in the room & how the room was cleaned every day with new towels daily (helps massively in the heat)!! Room comes with shower wash and hand wash. Breakfast is 7am - 10am Mon-Fri and 8am - 10 Sat & Sun. Great selection of mini croissants, cheese, ham / salami + waffles + brioche + toast + yoghurt + muesli + hard boiled eggs + madeleines + orange juice + bottles of water to take with. The free hot drinks from the machine throughout your stay. The late afternoon/ evening staff member was exceptionally lovely to me and I just wanna honour him on here. Thank YOU for welcoming me with such love! Your smile radiates warmth. Literally 2 mins from Luxembourg (gare) central train station!! This came in useful to hike the Escapardenne / Lee Trail. 2 supermarkets on the same road.

The area is a little dodgy but still felt safe. Roadworks are currently happening on the the road where the hotel is.

Hotel is very close (< 5 minutes walk) to the main station, buses and the tram line to the old town, all with free travel. The hotel is small but very well run, with excellent friendly and helpful staff. Good cold breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, meats, pastries etc., The price is reasonable but not cheap, this is to be expected given hotel prices in general in Luxembourg and the proximity of the hotel to the centre. Note finally that the tram line is a great bonus, runs every 2-3 minutes during the day. Walking to the station at Place de Paris takes about 4-5 mins and the trip to the Old Town Centre (Hamilus station) takes only another 3-4 mins.

Ok, the rooms are small but for a city centre hotel this is to be expected. That said the rooms are well presented and very clean. A safe for personal belongings is about the only thing that I found missing. Also note that there is no air conditioning but the room we had, even on days when the temperature exceeded 30 degrees, was still comfortable, not sure what it would be like in an even warmer period of weather.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bristol in Gare, Luxembourg, for six nights, and my experience was exceptional. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great start to the day. I highly recommend Hotel Bristol for anyone visiting Luxembourg. It offers great value for money and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to the city.

The location is great, right in front of the main train station but on a quite street. The staff is very welcoming, explaining everything in details and always available. Special thank you for Valerie for kindness and making us feeling like at home. The room was as described, they provided free bottles of water and tea with coffee. It was clean and quiet, the breakfast was good, mainly with cold options.

The room for three people was tiny, so that the entrance to the washroom was literally half blocked by the bad. The bed structure was shaky and the second floor of it is very low, so if you lay under it - its becoming claustrophobic.
