I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was compact but laid out efficiently. Bed was comfortable, decent tea/coffee making facilities, good amenities (slippers, toothbrush/paste, etc), great shower and clean room. Staff were very polite. I had a small room but it was perfect for me as I was travelling alone. It was opposite the station which is convenient but it’s not the classiest of areas for Luxembourg standards (which are exceedingly high). Would definitely stay here again.

There was building work going on next to the hotel (and all around Luxembourg to be fair). So noise started at about 7am. Take some ear plugs and you’ll be fine. Breakfast wasn’t included and was €11 (I think) which I didn’t opt for but on reflection it probably would have worked out cheaper then going to a cafe. Luxembourg is hella expensive.

The room was well-furnished and spotless, the location was super convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

There were two things I didn't like. One was the chair at the desk - it looked fashionable but the seat was hard metal with large, irregular gaps. Had to put a towel down to add some padding. The second was that none of the electrical outlets would continue working if the room key was pulled out of the slot in the wall. I'm in favour of energy saving but it would be helpful to have one plug that still worked so that I could charge a laptop or battery pack while away.

The location is perfect: close to central station, close to a great restaurant (I loved the food at the ramen restaurant in the same street), the city and many touristic places are very walkable. The room (and the whole building) was always clean. The sound isolation is great and I heard 0 other guests - not even some construction activities outside bothered me. Staff was always friendly and helpful. If I go to Luxembourg again, I'll pick this hotel again without a doubt.

My one downside would be the breakfast, which is in another building (at a restaurant), where your hotel-card gets you 2 options from the menu there. You'll be more flexible going without a breakfast reservation from the hotel and be able to pick from the entire card.

Clean, perfect location, very modern. Staff went out of their way to accommodate an early check-in. Excellent value for money.

The staff was first rate!!! Gave great recommendations, very polite and professional :) The room was spotless, it was very very small but had everything I needed. It was surprisingly quiet I only heard 2 planes go overhead, and the window was closed. The location is great since its diagonal from the train station. I walked to most of the places I wanted to go within 20-45 minutes. During the day lots of people, but at night a bit sketchy

Perfect location for train travellers. Hotel is directly across the road from the main station entrance. The room rate doesn't include breakfast, and there are plenty of patisseries close by that offer far better value. We had problems with the TV and the toilet, which did not fill properly after flushing, but these were small problems which did not detract from our stay. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with excellent recommendations for places to eat.

Breakfast was sufficient, although they had forgotten to boil the eggs, however staff were helpful to providing icy water for travelling. The location is across the road from the train station, which suited us as we were travelling back to Eurostar and this suited our purposes.

The lighting in the Bathroom was all very nice, but for someone who shaves not very functional as the light was behind my head, luckily I know my face! The area around the station was populated by characters who were obviously using substances. However they did not bother or approach us, but it made the area feel seedy. This is not the Hotel's fault and we felt safe in the Hotel.

Room was small, but I was only there for a couple of nights. Location was great, and within walking distance to popular attractions.

When I walked in the restaurant at about 8 AM, there was no clean table. ALL the tables had dirty dishes/utensils and used napkins. The girl was on the phone talking, and had no regard to the fact that there was no clean table at all. I had to sit on the chair at end of the food counter. I should have just left and ate somewhere but I had to be somewhere and wasn't sure where I could find breakfast around, since it was my first day in the city. I work in the Travel and Tourism Industry in Florida, and this is unacceptable in our department.
