The hotel location is excellent. It is within walking distance of so many attractions. It was charming to be in such an historic building. The staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond to explain the features and options of our stay.

One of the most charming features of the hotel – it being in an historic building – is also one of the downsides. There was an elevator available, but it could not be reached without taking at least a few stairs. This is not a hotel that would be workable for someone with significant physical disabilities.

Didnt like the room at first sight, got used to it and loving the comfort after a week's stay. The cleanliness and size of the room was great!

My friends didn't like the noise level from below the rooms. I'm someone who needed some noise to sleep so that probably didn't annoy me much. But light sleepers will be extremely disturbed. And oh! The climbing up of the stairs with your luggage is a nightmare. But you could ask for help from the reception.

Lovely property in a fantastic location. We had a wonderful big suite (unexpectedly) on the top floor which was beautiful.

We came with our small dog (<5kg) the cost for him was 25 euro per night which is significantly more than we’ve ever paid to a hotel for his stay - usually it’s 10-15 euro for the entire stay so this was a bit of a shock, especially since we didn’t have the room cleaned (by choice) during our stay. It would have been cheaper to leave him in an overnight care at home. He was given a dog biscuit and toy on the first day, but not worth 50 euro.

Good location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities.

The property has no USB chargers in rooms, so remember to bring a suitable European adaptor to charge tech. One or two of the rooms can be a little noisy due to late bar opposite and or events taking place at the art museum adjacent to the hotel. In all the rooms I have stayed in, there are no headboards on the beds and pillows fall into gap behind, which is frustrating.

Location was wonderful. Loved the restaurant too. Our room was nice and big but we had to move from a cramped room that was dark. All rooms different. Not for people who have difficulty with stairs. Staff very nice. Love bed, bathroom, towels and extras.

Breakfast not included and very expensive! We hired a taxi to the airport which the hotel arranged and it was $50 Euros for an 8 minute ride. Luxembourg is expensive in general.

Beautifully styled suite, we felt very grand! Location is perfect - easy walking distance to pubs, restaurants and the main tourist attractions. Comfortable bed and loved being able to have a bath at the end of a long day exploring. Really nice bath products and includes a rubber ducky which was cute!

While the double glazing in the windows is really great pack earplugs or noise cancelling headphones for a Friday or Saturday night if you are a light sleeper (my partner was fine though) as the clubs nearby don’t close until 3 am.

The location was excellent, the room was very big and comfortable, there was a bit of noise but as soon as you close the windows it was ok.

Αthough the environment at the restaurant was cozy and the staff very friendly the food was mediocre without much variety and the breakfast of 10euros/ per person was very poor (orange juice, coffee and a plain croissant).

The location is fantastic, very close to the central area but far enough away to be quieter of an evening. Comfortable rooms with lovely clean facilities. Check in was a breeze and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The fan in our room during the hot spell was greatly appreciated! We would happily return.

I felt for the price we paid €250+ per night, a breakfast coffee, juice and croissant being included in the price would have been fair, the options for breakfast were good but were rather expensive.

We had suite 11. These 2-room suites were a good deal for the price. Being in the heart of the old village was a plus. It's only 200 feet from the bus stop (buses are free from airport or anywhere). On Sunday mornings the hotel's restaurant is one of the few places open for breakfast in the area.

The cafe across the street was a little noisy on Saturday night, but our white noise machine pretty well cancelled that out.

The location was good. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good, as was breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, a very good hotel.

It's an old hotel so it's slightly difficult to navigate if you have more than a small bag, though there is a lift. The hotel is located next to a bar so on the weekends, it gets loud at night outside the rooms adjacent. It wasn't clear which door was the front door to the hotel- it's the side door. Most of the staff was helpful.
