Got Covid on the aircraft (most probably) and started having symptoms on the evening before my 3rd night stay. My booking was for 7 nights total. Except from attending training and only getting out of the Hotel to get something to eat, I spent most of my stay in my room. Yianna (hope I am spelling the name right) was extremely helpful and even went beyond her duties to provide me with a rapid Antigen test when asked. She was very helpful and it was really comforting knowing that someone was available at any moment to assist me. Really appreciated this!!!

There were two remote controls in my room for TV entertainment, one of which was used for Netflix. Never managed to make it work and I found no instructions or information whether there was an extra charge for its use. To be honest, I could have asked but I neglected doing so.

Great location in Luxembourg City. Easy walk to almost everywhere and the public transportation system is fantastic, free to everyone everywhere in the country. Get the Mobiliteit app. Breakfast was standard and plentiful, can request scrambled eggs or omelet if wanted. Room was small but fine for one. Was visiting for Christmas markets, two main ones were each within a block or two.

A bigger room would've been nice but of course you'd pay for that. One small desk with chair, a nice easy chair would've been nice but couldn't have fit in in this room. Small complaints, I don't travel to sit in my room!

Room was very spacious (normally reserved for people with mobility problems I suppose). Large TV. Pillows of three different sizes. Daily cleaning to a high standard and definitely not intrusive! Quality breakfast with option for omelets, cheese selection, smoked salmon and different breads to choose from. Really liked the option for a "sweet" breakfast with various cakes and pastries on offer. Location was super!

The actual toilet was fixed just a bit too high on the wall for normal height people to be comfortable when sitting down. The hairdryer's performance is mediocre (Hose type & pre-installed in bathroom) and takes a long time to pickup temperature. The room had just one socket outlet on one of the sides (near the head) of the double bed (there was another socket on a piece of furniture away form the bed. It is therefore not possible for two people to charge their mobile phones on their bedside tables or to use them while being charged and in bed. Would like to have the additional option of mushrooms for the breakfast omelets.

Excellent location in the city center and near public transportation options. The hotel had a modern feel and the room was clean. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options.

The room was small and not much space for two pieces of regular-sized luggage. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the pillows were too flat. Our biggest complaint was that we could not control the temperature of our room. It got very warm and stuffy at night which made for a terrible night's sleep. The windows were operatable, but there was a lot of noise from the street. Breakfast was hectic. When we arrived there was only one person available to clear tables, take orders, and prepare the eggs.

The hotel is centrally located near the main town square and is close to restaurants. It is easy to reach on public transport. Breakfast in the mornings is continental but there is such a big range you won’t go hungry. Hotel has a gallery one side with some of the art works on display in the hotel. The rooms are clean and have everything that you need there is also a minibar with free water . There is satellite tv with all the channels you could ever need . All of the staff that I met were extremely friendly and helpful

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great apart from being so close to Notre Dame Cathedral - see below. Breakfast was excellent. Cereal, meats, cheeses, wonderful fresh bread, fruit, yogurts, smoked salmon, croissants, cakes plus a machine to make your own fresh orange juice and a choice of hot egg dishes. Room was small but very clean and modern and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Excellent shower with a moveable head

Its proximity to Notre Dame meant that the church bells went off every hour and half hour all through the night as well as the day!! We were woken on our first night at 5am, then 6am and then what we thought was 7am but the bells kept going - not just 7 rings - and we realised it was only 6.30. Luckily we had brought earplugs with us which worked well for the following nights. The bathroom was so small that I banged my elbow on the side of the sink practically every time I went to the loo, the hairdryer was not great and there were no drawers in the bedroom - just open shelves

Very modern accommodations. Good shower, comfortable bath, above average breakfast, very good location. Unfortunately due to my short stay wasn't able to visit resident art gallery.

Room was smaller than desirable and parking was not available through the hotel. There is parking available close to the hotel and it turned out to be less expensive than I thought it might be, which was a pleasant surprise. As far as I know, there weren't facilities to wash clothing in the hotel.

Modern design , with some wonderful art, the hotel had a very stylish feel . Reception staff were welcoming , friendly and very helpful . Breakfast was excellent . Centrally located just off the main square we walked everywhere around this beautiful city from the hotel. And bonus for us was we arrived on Luxembourg’s National Day and fireworks display that night from our hotel window was fantastic .

Location, location, location. Well situated property close to the parking garage. Easy to navigate to and the breakfast was included and very good, it was close to the information center where we did a walking tour that I’d highly recommend. We loved the city and our visit during the holiday season. From the Ferris wheel you can get a great Birds Eye view of everything and the gluwine was amazing.
