I like that it located exactly as close as possible to the place I need to go to during the stay. Since I'm staying for more than 5 nights, I requested for a more spacious room, which they deliver!

There is no room services/ cleaning daily done since I'm staying for more than 1 night (5 nights to be exact). I need to put my waste basket outside the door for them to come and clean up. I also hate that the hot shower does not working properly and I need to settle for lukewarm/ cold shower everyday. Please be aware that the front of the hotel is very close to a foreign workers hostel. So there quiet a few of them lingering around at night, though as far as I'm concern no one bothered you at all. The parking space in front of the hotel is not exactly what I would call a proper parking space. It is jumble around and you may park at your own risk.

Easy check in & check out process. I took 6-days in a row. Water filter & dispenser is provided. So easy for us to refill water & make hot drinks. The refrigerator in the room is good, however unfortunately when we're leaving the room, the electricity also cuts off so the refrigerator cannot function to keep our food/beverage cold. Good housekeeping. Thanks to the housekeeper. He was so helpful when we requested for the make up room.

Second time staying here (first with 3-night stay, second with 6-night stay) with still the similar issue of tv signals. So we cannot watch tv. Imagine, staying more than 2 days with tv off. Quite disturbing with the so-called facility but cannot use it. External issues like the crowded from foreign workers who stayed at the front building, and mingle around after their working hours (around 5-12 pm everyday), somehow can be disturbing but afterall, we managed to adapt to it eventually.

- near to KTM Bukit Mertajam - the staff so friendly - the price is good for the place to get a rest and quick stay. do not expect more as i think its a good pay

- the hotel located not in the main road, do not walk at night.. query on safety. however i just stay in to have a rest so not a big issue for me as easy to grab a car - no kettle in the room , but if you dont mind walk to lobby and get the water so this wont be an issue. im ok with this. - no breakfast , no inside cafe and no nearby restaurant but not a big issue for me as u can get a grab food.

Hotel not too far from KTM Bukit Mertajam, walking distance to the hotel. There're 7E & grocery store beside the hotel. I got spacious twin room, every was fine & comfortable during my stay.

i love the spacious room, and surprisingly they have bathtub in the bathroom. aircond is ok, the temperature is adjustable. the facilities are excellent, got coway & iron. overall i love this hotel and might repeat if i come to Penang again 🫶🏻

the bathroom is a bit smelly & the floor is dirty, looks like just done renovation? this hotel need to improve the bathroom.

Value for money for budget hotel

the water drain in the toilet must always be clean because if you shower for a long time it will stagnate

Affordable price and quite big room for 2 person. Got elevator. Clean toilet and room. Big parking lot make an easy to parking even 17 feet lorry.

Nothing much to didn't like about this hotel.

Room 217 - The room was dirty and wallpaper looks torn and untidy. Room 310 - All was good and up to date BUT the bathroom couldnt lock. Please repair this.

Sound of construction opposite the hotel building quite disturbing on the day and a bit noisy with the sound water from the pipe
