Room ,towel, bed all clean but only got so many ants.. the ants getting around with our foods and drinks.. The pillows are too small and thick and not so comfortable during sleeping time.. its will make our head slip down... There only one TV channel that have audio. There are the issues that should be taking care of..

I like the room size because it is bigger than others hotel room. The water pressure for toilet is so good. The air conditional also very cool. This are the point plus for this hotel.

The room suitable for family in this hotel. Had small refrigerator , coway and also surau at beginning to taking the lift. The staff also polite and alert that my brother had left the card appointment at hotel. There are really responsible staff which calling me if I had missed out my brother card appointment. For me it’s valuable for the money to staycation again in this hotel. Thank you hotel alpha 💗 sorry I forget to taking picture the room.

Room is decent and also the area is quite peaceful with parking easily available outside the hotel. The room is basic but equiped with essential necessities. Hairdryers can be requested too.

1. Not sure if it's the same with the other rooms, but for my room, the bathroom water drainage is quite poor, so i will have to slow down my shower water pressure to avoid flooding. 2. Small ant found crawling on the bedside desk and also the closet area. I tried to find the source of where they were coming from but couldn't seem to locate the source. Not big deal, just need to remove the ants with tissue. 3. Floor is quite sticky to step on, luckily i brought my own pair of room slippers. 4. Wifi signal is weak on my laptop from my room, so I used my mobile phone hotspot instead.

Cleanliness👍. +Although it's but small but overall worth the price. +lift in the hotel. +Basic toiletries are provided ( shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush toothpaste, comb, towels). +no unpleasant smell although there is no windows. +Water heater & Aircon worked well. +Carpark under gorvenment charges during day time, so it's kinda cheap and definitely enough. +Quiet +We sleep very well. +Friendly staffs 😊

Dirty bedsheet, poor mobile network coverage for Digi and Celcom telcos, Wi-Fi provided speed not so good, dark public parking only and without hotel security guard day and night, not so conveniently located due to no grocery shop and eatery shop at both sides of hotel, bathroom shower hose small leaking

The first thing i will complement is the customer service (the lady at the counter always greets the customer with smile and being helpful). The location is consider strategic in Bukit Mertajam. The room is clean and comfortable. Most importantly, they have Coway water machine in each floor, which is convenient. Plenty of street parking in front.

The room and restroom is a bit small. and there is no free parking for the guest, you will need to pay for parking during day time (to prevent fine). But not really a big deal

The receptionist and also the housekeeping were really nice and very welcoming!! I will definitely come back for my next stay with friends 😆 Last but not least, the price and cleanliness match the standard of the hotel 🥰

the room smells not good when we entered the room. toilet too. there s many hair in the toilet after we open the toilet's door. there's many small ants on the table beside the bed.

I love the facilities, the staff are also very helpful and kind. I love the ambiance and the cleanliness of the hotel.

The price for the family room is too expensive. As a regular client, i am quite shocked to notice the difference in price. I also booked for the family room, but the last visit i just booked for a standard room only. It is quite frustrating.

Lovely clean hotel, with very friendly staff. A 10 minute bus ride outside the main city. Quite a few restaurants scattered around the local area. We didn't realise we'd booked a room without a window, which wasn't ideal, but the hotel offers other options at a higher cost.

Location wasn't overly convenient, though the bus service into the city was good.
