The interior is nice, the bed comfort just what the essentials need after a long walking in Georgetown.

Loading area are restricted to restaurants not for unloading luggage. No help or assist are provided by the staff working at night as we don’t know where to park. A simple gesture of provide where the nearest parking area or a smile is more than appreciated.

The bed was comfy. everything clean and aesthetically pleasing. the location is pretty strategic (near most bars n street food n there were family mart nearby). there is a coffee shop in the premise too.

the door had a gap in between so anyone can peep in but we did cover it with our towel. nothing big. the aircond had a leak. (the staff let us move to another room which is much bigger).

Strategically located to most Georgetown tourist attractions and eateries. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bedding.

Sound insulation is not great as sometimes can hear the voices of the diners from the cafe next door which uses the same building. Wifi strength can be improved. No car park.

great location, walking distance to all the food and attractions. The look of the property and rooms is lovely, bed is really comfortable, staff are helpful. There is space for motorcycle (but not car) parking in front. Hot/cold water dispenser outside the rooms (no kettle inside).

The room and sink could have been a bit cleaner (hair shavings all over the sink). Rooms on ground floor open to the restaurant, so if you are in and out during meal hours, be prepared to have people craning their necks from their tables to try and look inside your room!

I’ll be travelling to Pune quite awhile I like this place, especially the guy in the front counter and the lady already friendly helpful. Mr Mom and the lady was very helpful for getting me into anything clean bait warm water

Nothing, everything is fine

Room was small but cozy. Air conditioner and hot water works great. Location is the best as it's walking distant to the most historical sites, temples and food.

As they are located just behind a mosque, the adhan during prayer times were seriously loud and startling, jolted us awake on our first night as we were tired and went to sleep early. There were cobwebs around the beds and on the ceilings.

I like the room and aesthetic of the hotel. The location is perfect and nearby most of attractions. The staff is friendly and hospitable. I arrived from KL early in the morning, when i was at the hotel the door and the lobby is not open yet even though it's already 8.30am. So i call the number in front of the hotel. The person came from another branch hotel to help me open the door and he's really nice and he helped me check in earlier than the normal time. Probably at that time the occupancy are low so he able to do that. Never the less kudos to the staff member that help me on that day.

The mosquito, if not i would rate this hotel 10/10. Please fix this problem. I stayed at room 104. They don't provide room sandals. (I'm just being picky here) ;P No parking space at the hotel. but there is public parking space nearby.

The linens smells great! The bed is so comfy and everything feels and smells clean. The space is pretty small but I am a small person so it is perfect for me! I love that at night, you can walk over to a bar nearby (Pokok).. 10/10 would stay here again.

There’s only one power outlet in my room. So when I am charging my phone, I can’t watch the TV. Also, soundproofing is terrible. I hear people walk to and fro the corridors all night and I can hear my neighbour talking. So.. bear that in mind.

The bed was really comfortable and cosy. the room is small but just nice for short staycation due to their locations. There is paid parking nearby, so not much worry on that. We just park our car and walk around the city.

The hotel got in-house restaurant, and unfortunately our room is next to kitchen. It's quite noise sometimes, but tolerable. The bathroom quite smelly, cannot leave the bathroom door open.
