They upgraded us to a larger room. It was so spacious, modern, clean and beautiful art work. Best of all the air con was on point!!!!! The location is the best in Georgetown. Only a few short steps from Love Lane and speakeasy bars/cafes. But not too close so great night sleep with no noise issues.

The employees were very kind and amible. From asking us in advance about personal requests to organizing spontaneous transports they were helpful and uncomplicated. The rooms were lovingly furnished and the establishment was very clean. We especially enjoyed their little roof top retreat, though were many other comfortable little corners to relax. The location was spot on, being in the middle of several bars and clubs to hang out at night and at the same time not far from little india or the chinese neighbourhood. The bus station was just outside the door, so travelling to places further away was easy. Will definitely come back here.

the staying environment is very comfortable and really able to enjoy here.. All facilities are good to use. i like the design for the room layout. all staffs are friendly and willing to provide best services. They greets you when they meet you which is so surprising. High security because the door password will be given to those stay in only. The door is locked always. We do not need to worry anyone will be entering there. Highly recommended.

the tv unable to access internet, but staff there already try their best to solve, and giving something in return, which i think their service is good. mosquitoes fly around, but we manage to 'kill' them, maybe can spray around before guest stay-in If we back to hotel, we might worry for the parking area as it is public parking. Overall is good to stay.

The residence was centrally located within the heritage region. Food and entertainment was easily accessible with some amazing street food and cafes within walkable distance.

The place would be considered as more of a service residence than a hotel. Staff was limited but professional. Nonetheless, it would be nice to have extra touches to what I though was a boutique hotel when reserving it. Rooms are only made up on request and not daily. You also need to haul up your luggage by yourself. The hot shower was not working on the last day of my stay.

The hotel is located on Chulia St., which is close to a lot of popular restaurants and attractions in Georgetown. There's also a bus stop nearby, which makes it easy to get around the area. The room was clean and comfy and also has a smart tv, which makes it a nice retreat to relax after a long day out. There's a common area where you can eat your carryout food. Wifi is also good.

It is a rustic hotel in keeping with the surroundings in a superb location for sightseeing and nightlife in the Georgetown historic area. The staff were extremely helpful in providing parking adjacent to the hotel in a cul-de-sac, allowing early check-in at 11am and upgrading our 2 rooms to Courtyard Suites. There was also great coffee facilities and refrigerator in the lobby.

The best hotel ever stayed . Romantic feel rooms. Open bathroom , 60" curved tv with netflix included. Very2 friendly staffs , very comfy bed and pillow , usb ports ready for chargingand much more. Swimming pool on roof. The building looks old but when you checkout the inside hotel its sooooo cool and you will be amazed. A very good concept of hotel. Next trip will definitely book at TIEN Hotel...

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. When I told them it was my mums birthday they upgraded us to the suite for free! An additional kind gesture was that they gave my mum a birthday present, wrapped up so nicely. They gave us a glass of red wine on arrival too (birthday treat). Great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, lovely plants and furniture. Location is right next to the main streets.

1. The location is ideal right in the center of Georgetown close to eateries and attractions 2. The hotel facilities are homely with ample of freedom accessing to kitchen, dining hall, drinking corner with reasonably good view

1. The aircon noise was terrible 2. The security is of a concern as no one is available at night. 3. Cleanliness is ok but can be improved.

Everything was great from the place, location, to all the staff and how nice and attentive they are.

Not necessarily something about the place, but the early prayer (5:40 and 6:30 am) from the neighbouring mosque was a nuisance. Probably worth having some complementary earplugs in the room for the guests.
