Our second stay here: good value for money in George Town (laundry, water dispenser, private bathroom, AC, great location). Our room was better than the first one (more standing and storage space). We used the common areas quite a lot to get some work done, the staff was kind enough to turn on AC units for us.

Rooms get stuffy since there are no windows, the common areas are not the most inviting, the hotel looks like it peaked a few years ago and is now semi-abandoned. (We knew this and still came back on our second trip to George Town, so nothing unexpected.)

I love my room. Simply perfect. No window but quite comfy. Sometimes that's what i need. I love they offer free laundry, free flow hot water and cold. Location is perfect, many places to hang out in the hotel only less facilities like gam board, dvd or something like home entertainment, they have little gym,.. Just love to stay here.

Many places to hang out but no couches enough to be lazy on with friends like in family room. and would be better to have some game board or TV so the guests can hang out all together. Free instant coffee and tea would be great. I know you have cafe downstairs but an eve tea or early morning before the cafe open would be nice. But it is just suggestion. Something that a little missing on this place

My second time here. Good location - it's a quick walk to anywhere in the heritage zone. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. There are plenty of common areas and even free laundry facilities. The room is small but comfortable. I got the windowless room this time around but I'd like to try the studios one day.

It would be better for the hotel to constantly turn on the exhaust fan for windowless rooms. This wasn't too much of an issue once I entered and turned the exhaust on, but it took awhile for the damp smell to go away.

I love the little gym, even though the equipment is quite old, you can still do a decent workout in open air. The room was very comfortable, no window, but you can sleep like a baby without the noise and the lights from the street. I booked a room with shared bathroom, but got one with a private one which was really nice, bonus points. The whole concept of the hotel with the museum and the bar is really cool, even though the bar wasn't open which was a shame. There are nice common areas both inside and on the terraces and free laundry facilities. Easy to get to anywhere from the hostel. I definitely recommend it.

Conveniently located near popular tourist spots, bars, and food stalls, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The ambience, cleanliness, and service were all impressive, and to top it off, it’s pet-friendly too!

The experience would be greatly improved with better sound insulation. Unfortunately, we were startled awake in the middle of the night by teenagers shouting on the roadside, and it took about 30 minutes before the noise subsided. Enhanced soundproofing would make a big difference in ensuring a more restful stay.

This is the best hotel you can get in Penang for a reasonable price. I see saw many people had different issues in their reviews. Trust me, if you are traveling while working, this is the best hotel you can get. Each room got their own working area, and some rooms have the bed up stairs and work station underneath which is super helpful if you prefer working in isolation. Not only that they ve got plenty of co-working space available on 1st and 2nd floors which is so cool. And the person who manages it is super helpful and very kind. They ve got their own self service laundry area with free detergents. Honestly I would come to Penang just to stay in the hotel again for another week.

I like everything about this property! ❤️ Amazing service, clean and neat room, it's not so huge but spacious enough that you can have a full body workout on it's floor 😆💕 Even tho the receptionist doesn't stay 24/7, it's because they have another job to take care of the cafes inside this property too! So, if you didn't find anyone at the receptionist table, kindly ask the person at their cafe cause it's the same person on duty. I forgot to ask the name of the receptionist but i really found it helpful, he is an indian man who is kind hearted, hardworking and funny ^^ You can also do your laundry here and get a free refilled mineral water ! Really amazing ✨✨ Location? Oh don't hesitate to book cause it's so strategic, you can walk 5 mins to the most famous restaurant and food truck in Penang! It's also a combination of cafe, bar and museum. But unfortunately the bar and museum didn't continued to operate :( but overall this is a unique place and you can take a look on so many historical things ✨ Oh it's also located in George Town, the heritage area of Penang ! We came here to had our routine medical check up at Penang. It's so easy for us to go to the Hospital cause it's not too far. Will be back to stay here when we need to do our check up next forward! My partner and I really like our stay here. It's not noisy, clean, and comfy! Oh yeaa the bed and their bedcovers are really warm and soft, so we have an amazing rest here! It's 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service with a 💸 money ! Worth staying !! ❤️❤️

I don't like that i have to leave Penang too soon 😫💕 cause our stay here is incredible!

1. The room was nice, i prefer the high bunk bed type and really get it. 2. Perfect location that near Komtar, at the centre of city, very near to many food hawker. 3. Not buffet breakfast but the staff cook it, very nice and serving with hot plate. Delicous 4. Got a game console to play at the lobby there, many memories back with my spouse. love it.

1. Hard to find parking lot 2. No lift , we carry pet and many things that make us fatigued when arrived at 5th floor 3. Under the high bunk bed there was a big hole that dont have any door to close it, my cat always play inside and hard to get out.

Good location. Thx to Sumon the very nice housekeeper. So friendly and helpful every where : reception, bar, breakfast… Free hotel. Nice breakfast included In an amazing old house and factory. Many common places to feel easy. It’s important because the rooms are very small and without windows

They didn’t give me the good spot to get WiFi. ( you Have Many many different spots) I had to waste 45min to get it ….only because I asked ! They didn’t tell me where was the lock after 22:30 to come back to the hotel. ! I was blocked outside 20 min at 1 am at the metal gate . Only a client arriving could save me. These 2 informations do have to be given when we arrive … Irregular WiFi

We liked the location and the ambiance of the place. Food and coffee is nice. Serving will also make you full until lunch time. Can check in earlier than the actual check in time if the room is already available. The surroundings is also quiet so you can sleep in peace.

We booked for 3 nights but the daily breakfast menu never changed. Suggest to atleast change the daily breakfast menu for people booking more than 1 day.
