The family room was spacious. Even the kids room with the bunk bed was well laid out. Location of hotel was great, easy to find and go places. All in all a great stay and will recommend this to families with small children.

1. There was no window for the family room. Hence no natural light. 2. There was no closet in the main bedroom. Only a small cabinet was available in the kids room. The was a clothes hanging rack available but it was above the 'pantry' so if your drinking coffee, the aroma will stick to the clothes.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. 1. The staff called me beforehand to ensure my arrival time and he switched on the aircond beforehand so the room was already cool when we got there. 2. We were welcomed with such a nice scent of the room. 3. The room is undeniably comfortable for a budget hotel. Even comfortable than most of famous hotel I've been to. 4. Cleanliness was top notch. Definitely will come again whenever we're in Ipoh. Thank you for the great experience.

Nice location. A 5-min walk to next door petrol station McDonald's and a 10-min walk to the coffeeshops down the street from the roundabout. Also convenient between Ipoh Garden and town centre. Literally 12mins drive.

They do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. You have to either bring your own or buy them from the reception counter. It's only RM2 for the travel/disposable set.

Conveniently located at Canning Garden. It's not far away from town center so it's a good choice for those who prefer to stay at more quiet place. The rooms are clean and feels comfortable to stay. A few cafes and restaurant withing vicinity, even a fast food chain nearby.

It is located at business area there'll be lack of parking lots during the working hours on weekdays. No issues for traveller using public transportation though.

I really love the hotel's cleanliness and spaciousness, with a delightful aroma that permeated the air. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Situated in a strategic location, exploring the area was convenient and enjoyable. The room is quite comfortable for us as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The staff is very friendly. Even though the hotel is not rated as 5 stars, basic amenities like water dispensers and toiletries were provided. The rooms are super clean and love the ambience too. Another part which we liked the most is that you will be penalised if you smoke in a non-smoking room. The management is very strict about it!

The staffs were friendly and accommodating, making my stay feel welcoming and comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, with well maintained rooms and common areas.

One drawback was the low water pressure in the bathroom. While it didn't significantly detract from my stay, it was noticeable and could be improved upon.

The location very near to my client's office thus it's conveniet to me. The petrol station next to the hotel has a mart and Mcdonald in case forgot some toiletaries or hungry can grab something within walking distance

So far every thing is fine to me. Only the iron is a bit broke down.

Getting food is within driving distance of less than 10 minutes. Staff is friendly.

House keeping was slightly late around 3pm due to too many rooms check out on a Friday. House keeping as I understand should be before 1pm. One of the down lights is different colour from the rest. The lightings in the room should be of same colour.

Everything, esp the no smoking stickers, now no one can say don't know or didn't know that they sign for no smoking notice excuses. The cleanliness 5 star for budget hotel esp bathroom. Good job and keep it up
