great swimming pools and gym. staff quality need more Training. one staff chinese looks doesn’t smile at all and looks unfriendly.

Generally clean and spacious. Plenty of parking within their guarded compound. The staff were generally responsive and helpful. Even though it's a low rise building, lifts to upper floors are available.

Bathrooms lacked handrails for added safety especially when guests include elderly family members. Would be good to have a handrail in the shower area and another longer one along the wall leading to the bathroom door. Since we drove, we brought along a stool and anti slip mats for my elderly mom to use during her showers. There was only one stainless steel 2 sided hook in the bathroom. The cleaning staff missed out vacuuming the top of the cushioned headboard in the bedroom.

Free bottled water (and a fridge to keep water cool in). The bed was big, in a good sized room. The room was quiet and clean. Due to the train I was on for arrival breaking down, I arrived very late - I called the hotel whilst waiting for the train to move, to inform them I would be late. I was not charged anything for late check in, which was really appreciated. The hotel is not as central as I thought, but it's only about a 10-15 taxi/grab ride away from the old town, and as grab rides are so cheap and easy to book this was really not an issue.

Nothing major, but the room could do with a little care: for example the walls had dents in where the doors have been opened into them. Something to stop the doors hitting the walls would look much nicer. There were some cracks in paintwork. I like a powerful shower, and the shower was not that strong (it was perfectly OK though, but not how I prefer it).

It is a well located and comfortable place. It is a service apartments not hotel style. Rooms are kitted with the usual packets of tea and coffee incl bottles of still water. Toiletries are included.

Some of the furniture and furnishings are dated and should be replaced. Parking is at the back and you can get wet trying to get there if raining. Can be noisy as is located next to a busy road.

I do like how spacious the room is despite the price is the totally opposite when I expected. Coway drink is provided in the lobby, easy to fill up the cold/hot water to drink and make a milk for baby.

When it comes with the affordable price, don't expect it will come with breakfast. Swimming pool is quite far, have to walk inside the club for swimming. the TV, I am not sure what's gone wrong when I turn on the TV in the morning, no voice at all despite I turn off mute and put the high volume.

changing room at swimming pool can't use....why? because we are stay at hotel not a member club...i don't like this rule...because my husband also member club at another place but any resident or student class swimming can use changing room if they not a member club....

The air-conditioner in the main hall and bed room is well function. Ceiling fan is well maintain to ensure we keep cool even after we switch off the air-conditioner. Toilet & bathroom clean too. Really enjoyed various television channel in the main hall television.

I can't login into my Netflix account on the TV because the TV can't detect signal from its remote control. TV in the bedroom also not function (only 1 or 2 channel available).

the place was peaceful, the room is nice and comfortable to stay. The staff is so helpful and of course I will suggest to my association to organise an event and stay at your hotel.

when I check in the room and I went to the toilet I was so shocked when there is a people urine split around the toiled bowl. I guess it must be the house keeping doing it. Also there is no microwave, since that your place is like an apartment I suggest please place a microwave.

Car park near to room. Security with guard house. Clean and comfortable accommodation.

During the day, hotel guests might not get parking space at the hotel car park, as non hotel guests (golfers) might be occupying the majority of the hotel car park lots. But there are more parking bays at a bit further distance from the hotel, at the RPGC visitors parking lots. But at night, ample parking is available in the hotel car park. It is understandable as the hotel is in a golf course accommodating the RPGC members and golfing guests . So this is not a complaint but just an observation.

My wife and I liked the cosy private ambience of this hotel on the outside and inside. Wonderful. Feels like home unlike normal hotels with many people about and too much public attention everywhere. Here it at RPGC, it feels like coming back to an apartment of our own. Easy to find car park. Easy to walk to the check in counter. Easy to stay in. And we like the privacy most of all
