The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Checking in was no problem.

The only problem that I encountered were Ants. They were in the bathroom & bedroom. Far too many of them...even after wiping down the surfaces with wet tissue...they seemed to come back again the next day. I appreciate that this can be a problem in Malaysia, but with a little extra thought prevention can remove these insects.

Very clean. The room, bed and pillow are very comfortable. Nearby center and easy to access with most places i want to go. Very satisfied with the room!

Parking are full during office hour as public parking shares with offices. Only 1 dustbin which is located in the toilet. Toilet floor (shower place) will flood during shower.

location close to city. easy parking. room have nice design and good lighting for me to do some reading, bed was comfy, there was a chair also. grab food easily accessible. I asked for daily housekeeping which they did.

iron not provided in room, the room size a little bit small, there was stain on comforter which i asked them to change.

Room is functional and price point is attractive. There's also a lift which makes it very convenient for access. Staff was friendly and responsive

The directon for the Qibla was inside of a drawer. Most hotels tend to put it in a more open and obvious location, which is more convenient for the guests to find.

Clean, comfortable and design is really minimalist

The woody smell when entering room, maybe due to new furniture. The sound proofing is slightly weak, might heard any sound from the corridor.

The room suited our purpose: comfortable, spacious and quiet. And the location was good as well as it was close to our destinations.

We couldn't control the air con in our room.

Most important thing is I'm unexpected inside room got refrigerator and the refrigerator is cold enough to put some drink & fruits. Very good. I will booking this hotel again.
