Spacious room. Location is good, very near to ksl mall. Lots of places to eat, services to do nearby. Infinity pool was nice. Staff are nice and friendly. The hairdryer in my room suddenly stopped working halfway through my stay, but reception arranged for maintenance to come check, maintenance responded efficiently and replaced it with a new one within 15 minutes.

Suggestions: The breakfast spread offers a variety of local and western options, but the overall quality requires improvement. The hotel should consider prioritizing quality over quantity, as having a wide selection of lower-quality food diminishes the experience. In particular, the taste of the pastry needs improvement. That said, complementary breakfast is still overall appreciated, the croissants were soft, and the sambal chili for the nasi lemak was delicious.

The location was wonderful as it was just a step away from KSL. The facilities were standard of a decent hotel, with a basic gym at the 26th floor that had a great view. The infinity pool was also sufficiently long enough to swim laps in. The suite room was spacious, though it was not a one-bedroom but actually a studio with an ensuite bathroom.

The price was excessive for the value provided by the room. The only real differences between the suite room and the rest of the rooms are (1) additional space, and (2) a bathtub in the ensuite bathroom.

Stayed a few times before, the hotel is great for its location, clean rooms, and reasonable breakfast selections. It's right beside KSL and the prices are reasonable. The cafe at ground floor serves great coffee and there are a lot of food options around the area through out the day that you won't be hungry. Shopping wise, the KSL is out dated so you will have to grab a taxi else where for your shopping needs but it's a great place to be a base. It's popular during the weekends/holidays for Singaporeans that we used it as a gauge to see how crowded JB will be.

Temper your expectations and you'll be fine.

Requested for a quiet room and assigned a corner room which was indeed quiet. Room was quite big and it was clean. Bed was a little soft for my liking but nonetheless very comfortable. Location was great, just a short walk from KSL City Mall and Holiday Plaza, with many eateries situated right in the Hotel building itself. Breakfast selection was good.

TV connection was jumpy (screen tended to flash off and on once in a while), unsure what caused it. Had a small hiccup where the door lock ran out of battery and we could not get in. Called down to reception using lobby phone and bellboy came up to manually open the door within 5 mins. Claimed maintenance team will be up within 10 mins but we ended up waiting 20 mins and having to make another call to the operator for them to turn up after another 10 mins.

We loved the room. The swimming pool was amazing. Food around the area was super easy access and alot of varities. will deffinietly recommend to more of our friends and family. The place is also close to other malls.

Breakfast could have more variety. The television should cater to more chanels and allow guests to log into their own Netflix account. Room service food is abit expensive. The minimart at the lobby is too expensive. Should have a game room for kids to enjoy.

Check in was very slow due to their obviously complicated booking system. Many clicks and inputs had been necessary to check us in and to cut the keys. Software need improvement. Rooms - clean tidy and much better than expected. Breakfast - nice mix between western and Asian cuisine. Got every day what I wanted. Location - KSL just opposite a Mall of the older type but Midvalley/Southkey or Paradigm is not far away - shopping no problem. The small roadside shops around the hotel area are something to explore - there is something for everyone and for me as cookie lover...... too many yummy things to try and to buy.

Actual - nothing much to say here - we, all of us enjoyed the time here. Small negative point - the huge new hotel area across the place - not nice to see but that is only for the time being, it did not disturb our stay.

It is at a very convenient location, right beside KSL and not far from the checkpoint. Also has a mini mart in the hotel.

The safe is not drilled down. If a safe is not bolted down, it's not safe! Also, comment cards are in every room, but no pen is provided. Not everyone carries a pen. Attention to detail is important :) Lighting in the room is also quite dark, a little difficult to do my makeup.

Location was great - only 2-3 min away from KSL mall and there are a few food places at the hotel itself. Complimentary breakfast was better than expected too! And if I were to add, it’ll be great if the staff at the reception can volunteer to share info about the breakfast. We had to ask them after realising there’s no info about it even in our rooms.

Only rain shower head was available, so you’ll need the shower cap if you’re not planning to wash your hair.

Room and facilities perfect.

Purchased king bed paid in booking.com. the day before the trip received an email saying king bed fully booked and my room changed to twin bed. If the service cant be provided the paid sum should be refunded or an upgrade discounted as this is not the fault of the customer. If rooms are subjected to availability what is the point of booking and paying ahead of time. The next upgrade was an extra rm200 to the bill that was already rm810. Maybe the front desk misunderstood as i tried upgrading but she kept saying not available. Only after some time she said there is a fee to upgrade.

Good location, with full fledged hotel service! Thankful for front desk to change our room at last minute due to a leak in the room’s ceiling. This was done swiftly despite the hotel having full occupancy. Kudos to the front desk! There was also free parking and security was seen patrolling the carpark. Definitely felt safe seeing that!

Some facilities were a bit run-down, our room had a toilet door that couldn’t close. Rain shower was a bit clogged, so the water was spraying everywhere.
