location was amazing - walking distance to everything conditioner was good Netflix on the tv although if too many ppl sign in you can’t watch anything staff was friendly and nice simple room and bright welcoming reception comfortable enough for a days out to come back to sleep at night (I had very well rested sleep all 3 nights)

the hair dryer burnt my hand - I have blisters after (can tell it’s really old but it could just be a one off that particular unit) the room I had was small (thankfully i was travelling alone so it was okay but the bigger room types seemed better) clean but not super well maintained (floors were creaking, wallpaper was peeling) but it didn’t bother me much, just minor points to note for the management

Spacious room, wifi available, small fridge available, room amenities is complete. Located just right center of Sunday Gaya market. Restaurant also easy to access and walking distance to nearby shopping mall. Even though, there is no voice can be heard since im staying first floor and window room.

Toilet floor caused water flooded around toilet bowl area. Need to hack the floor to change the level. Water heater temperature control broke, but doesn't effect much. Other than the construction at ground floor, nothing bad about this hotel. If carry big luggage bag, might have bit problem only

the property was very good ! everything was within walking distance (from Jesselton Point to small local restaurants to nice malls) or within a short Grab ride. the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming as well as helpful. Although the room didn’t have a window, it was very comfortable and pretty large for the price paid. Good bathroom too. I’d come back to this hotel without any hesitation !

the only downside was the noise from 6am on. indeed, there was loud beat music coming from another floor or room and even though the hotel staff did their best to limit to noise, it was not possible to sleep early in the morning.

The room. Is clean, comfy. The bathroom are small but everything is working. It got smart tv, hairdryer. But sadly it doesnt have wardrobe. But they provide hangers and hangging cloths. The floor got ironing, and provided each floor but not per room. You have to request it. The hotel are near the night market and sunday market gaya street. You get everything there and its lively at during sunday night. The staff are friendly and looking forward to stay here again..

They got wifi, but the in weak covarege at my room. And hotel management should check the tiles in the room i stayed because it creaks everytime i walk. Everything else are fine.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was superb! Surrounded by so many hipsters cafe and eateries and in the heart of the city! Sarawak Tourism Board is just a few metres from the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful too! A blend of old and new, love it!

Nothing at all except just a minor suggestion to provide tea aside in addition to coffee in the room.

The location is quite good. Near to many restaurants and shops. The room is value for money. The hotel staff is quite friendly and the overall check-in check-out process is smooth. Basic toiletries are provided.

The water heater connection is not very stable. We need to turn it on and off many times to keep it working. The air conditioner is a bit noisy and there is no disposable slippers so remember to bring your owns.

On-ground staff were good Clean property

I text the whatsapp number prior to my stay to ask if i can purchase few hrs more for late checkout. staff responded quite rude. customer service is a no for me, BUT the on-ground staff were really good & accommodating. Small room, but ok for day trip

-Room is clean and neat -Bed and pillow is comfy -Tv and the channel is awesome -Hot water is fine -Toilet is clean -Love the view because got window -Lighting just great -Lobby ambience is amazing and fresh -Walking distance to find food and sightseeing -Easy to find hotel and park -Lift provided -Staff are superb, warm, friendly even at late night.

-There is ant lined up getting into drink water -Water inlet/pump for the Water closet too slow even after 2 hours, the tank is still not full. -Toilet door are not privacy because the gap is quite bigger and people can see u doing your "business" -Lift button to ground floor not function, have to get to 2 floor then push the button from the outside lift to get down.

this hotel is quite nice, staf friendly and honest, I left my porche in my room after checkout, inside my porshe all my card bank and almost 3k money, but the staf receptionist 'Nurul' keep for me!thanks so much, Suggest hotel!

all ok, just stay for 1 night

The hotel & room same as photos and the location in the center of everything. the staff superb , erwadi for my check in he very helpful and polite and julia for my check out and few time more meet her at front desk when i’m in n out during my stay , she amazing with all explaining and recommendations.

nothing much beside yes 108 room aircon did make a noise but didn’t stay at the room since i upgraded to room with window.
