Superb location. Situated exactly where the Sunday market is. There are plenty of eateries, convenience stores, and fast food restaurants. Pharmacy is also right next to it, as well as drug stores (guardian/Watson)several blocks nearby. Situated within centralised location of many different banks. Very small but clean room with enough basic supplies of amenities. Lift available. Friendly staff. Prepare cash as the card machine may be offline. Hair dryer given.

No cleaning unless you request to make up the room ie., at the very least, we prefer if the rubbish bins are cleared daily without being requested. No mirror at dressing table. Only full length mirror at the doorway where the lighting is not bright enough.

Clean, fair pricing, location is right on Gaya Street smack in the middle of the Api Api Night market happening on Friday and Saturday nights and the Sunday morning market, many eateries and convenience store along the street, street is also relatively clean

The main door closer has been broken since a few years ago and still not repaired. Now the glass door will slam shut onto the magnetic holder instead of closing gently.

Clean room, big bathroom with hot water, AC, well furnished room, complimentary tea/coffee/water, plug next to the bed with USB plug, mirror, Very friendly staff and reception open 24/7 Ideally located in the center of KK, close to everything within a walking distance, 10 minutes walking from the bus station to Kinabulu park

Hotel Gaia 95 is just amazing. Clean. Friendly staff. Same road with the sunday market. Several options of restaurants. Been travelling to KK several times and now Hotel Gaia 95 is my number 1 choice for sure

Everything was great. Only stayed one night and arrived in the evening and left in morning so didn’t spend much time here but from what I saw and experienced everything was perfect. Location also very central in a good area.

They have lift. Location superb. You can just walk. The environment inside the hotel is nice and quiet except the room with window. Bathroom clean. Bed cozy. Got restaurant, 7E just beside the building. Recommended 👍👍👍

It is near a busy road at the back of the hotel. Our room was in 2nd floor. With window. But the sound of cars passing by was just off. A bit stain on pillows.

The facilities are decent, good staff service, easy check in and check out. Good hotel for a short stay. Outside hotel is directly the gaya street night market.

Water pressure in the shower/toilet is low and needs to be improved.

Very clean and compact room with all basic features. The bathroom is big. They allow us to put our main luggage at the counter overnight since we will stay at the same hotel after the mount KK trip. The hotel is situated in a very strategic place too.

Location is superb. The receptionist is very efficient during checking in. Air cond is very cold and electric kettle is very new. I am really happy I booked this hotel.
