This hotel is fantastic value for money. We had a family room which had two separate bedrooms, great for the 4 of us. It was also in a great location

As stated in other reviews if you look closely it shabby around the edges - but to be honest for the price you're paying it's great value.

No hot water 😠for the shower room and the Aircon temperature cannot be controlled 😭. From standard room we upgraded to premium and yet we encountered the same problem. We asked for pail and small plastic scoop for water as we boil our own hot water for shower 😂 from the kettle provided .

at center of the down town ,easy to sources of any kind of food stall

Clean, ac and bathroom was working fine. Though our room was beside the street it wasn't noisy at all. Great location, very near to the sea, walking distant cut thru a mall had many great shots of sunset,plenty to eat within the area 👌 10 mins walk to the jetty (island hopping)

The smell at corridors, not terrible but its there

I would like to thank the technician staff who helped me towards the stay as I need a room with stable internet access due to my nature of work. THey help me and find a suitable room for me . Other than that the room is perfectly located in the center of Kota Kinabalu, walking distance to almost all the important area, even there is a bank nearby.

Spacious and big room. There are two separate bedroom for 4 persons. Even though it's an old hotel but maintenance is good. Very clean. Location is good, near to malls and food.

Cigarettes smell at the corridors. Long waiting during check-in and checkout due to many customers. Lobby was packed and not enough seats. Hard to find parking.

The front desk lady was super nice. The location is perfect, right by the market, the port and the mall. All walking distance The room, especially the bathroom, had just been renovated. Comfy bed

At the entrance, the couches are torned and it seems like a lower quality hotel than it actually is. We had problems with the restroom in the room but they reassigned us to a new one fairly quick

I love the everything about the hotel and the staff was very friendly especially reception and hskp. Very recommend to families and friends next time to kk.

Really in heart of town and I can walk everywhere.

Just the light in the room too bright to sleep. No bed lights.

Noise insulation need to be improve.. can hear people talking outside. But other than that, they are worthy with value.
